It was easy peasy the staff was better than professional they all were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go get my other eye surgery done.

Dr. Awad Took time to give me an examination and there after he proceeded to tell me what areas of concern I had regarding my vision. Then he explained to me the process of cataract surgery.

Appointment was timely, not a long waiting period.

I waited over an hour from my appointment time to see Dr Awad and had to cancel an appointment following this one and through my day and schedule out the window. Dr Awad is very good and competent and spends a great deal of time with each patient. Perhaps you should schedule longer times for his appointments. Today was very disruptive and negative for me and my schedule.

If you or anyone you know needs a referral for cataract surgery, Dr. Omar Awad at Minnesota Eye Care is one of the top in the nation. They have multiple locations, but the clinic I went to is in Woodbury. My vision is restored, and over several months, these were some of the best experiences I've ever had with multiple medical professionals and appointments, ever. And that is not an exaggeration! I know that there are multiple physicians in this group. You can't go wrong! I am a satisfied customer.

Everything went quite well, but after dilation of pupils, I was left alone in a room for roughly half an hour. I had been lead to believe the Dr. would be in shortly, but that was not the case. The pre-exam was well done and efficient. Dr. Awad came across as very knowledgeable and capable.

All staff were very pleasant and helpful. I felt they were very professional and I’ll have an excellent result with my cataract surgery.

It's a rare thing to find a doctor who makes you feel confident in his expertise and confident that he cares, especially in meeting him for the first time. I have no concerns going into my cataract surgery.

I asked their doctor to tell me exactly what I did wrong which might have contributed to such a bad outcome. I told them if they could point to anything at all that I did wrong or improperly that I would accept full responsibility and move on. Their response: crickets. I guess at least one of us is willing to accept responsibility.Now months later rather than take responsibility for at least restoring my vision back to the way it was before they did my surgery....which they have assured me they could do...MN EYE has made no attempt whatsoever to assist me in any way.Is this the way you would like to be treated as a patient with a bad outcome? My guess is no.
