Dr. Olga Langley, MD

I’ve always heard bad stories about dr Langley from STH ER (expressway Taylor) but I like to make my own judgement. Let’s say I should’ve listened. My son n daughter in laws cat scratched her eyelid last night n cut her open, go to er n this lady failed to give her the proper care because she didn’t believe it was a scratch, assuming she lied n was hit, when u CLEARLY see the claw marks! Why she’d make such assumption is beyond me. It was horrible. My dil didn’t even get a tetanus shot, didn’t get questions answered, and Dr Langley was EXTREMELY RUDE! From a cat scratch to treating a patient IMPROPERLY and accuse someone of being mistreated or doing the mistreating. So wrong. When asked questions she’d laugh or make insulting comments. NEVER going back there again. She needs to learn to be professional and sympathetic. Idk where she came from but her assumptions are WAYYYY off.

Dr was very rude and insisted I was not feeling what I stated and diagnosed me with something irrelevant to my already previously diagnosis when I visited the urgent care center weeks prior. I was silenced, given medication that had nothing to do with my issue then rushed out of the urgent care center. She needs to change her approach or resign.

If You Have an Emergency Pre Call The ER and If Langley is There and You Want Good Quality Medical Care. AVOID Her And Try Another Hospital

I brought my 96 year old mother to urgent care for non-stop coughing. Dr. Langley was hands on, listened to my mother’s lungs, started running many exams on my mother and explained her condition. She answered my questions, listened and was patient. I appreciated her care.
