Dr. Nurit Crystal, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr. Crystal for many years. She’s attentive and thorough and will make sure she addresses varying concerns with the right direction, consult or referral. She takes interest in hearing you out and I don’t feel like my appointment is ever rushed when she sees me.

Dr. Crystal is very thorough. If she thinks you need further help, she does not hesitate to send you to the hospital or to a specialist. She is genuinely concerned about her patients and gives them the utmost attention.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Crystal Nurit that left me disappointed and frustrated. While I recognize that doctors have busy schedules, the level of lack of care, rushed approach, and poor bedside manners during the visit were beyond acceptable. I came in for a wellness check for my son. She was rude and insensitive and did not give me time to think and even commented 'Well, I have other patients to see'. This careless approach made me and my son feel unheard and undervalued as a patient. Furthermore, the bedside manners exhibited by Dr. Nurit were extremely poor. There was a lack of kindness, empathy, and understanding, which is crucial in a medical setting. A more considerate approach could have made a significant difference in my overall experience. The nurse who took my son's vitals did not show any care and was rude too. If you are looking for a caring practice, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The poor ratings are an honest testament.

Had blood drawn and didn’t hear back for 2 weeks after messaging and calling several times. She finally called me back and told me I need to get more blood work done. I couldn’t get it done for 2 weeks due to my schedule and when I finally got to the lab they said they never received the order. Hospital called them to fax it over ASAP but nothing. Thanks for caring about my health doc!

I had blood drawn for screening liver, kidneys, cholesterol. 6 months Later I called several times for results which I never got. 6 months later she finally calls me back and tells me I should be on a cholesterol lowering medication. This Doctor is incomponent. She seams very appsent minded.

Dr. Crystal is very thorough. She has given my husband and me great care and has really listened to concerns. She has guided us when my husband had a stroke, bypass surgery, and kidney surgery. We have been happy with her referral to specialists. We are in great hands having her as our doctor.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Nurit. She listened to my concerns and spent time talking to me. I haven’t had a doctor do that in a long time. She seems to really care about her patients.

I won't recommend. I walk-in with a gout attack and walk in less than 15 mins with a prescription for pain and swelling. I've insisted to prescribe me allopurinol to which I've already been taking previously, but she never listened. Instead, she placed and order for x-ray. That's right, just x-ray... I had to bring up that I wanted some blood work and lipid test to be ordered as well.

Dr. Crystal is a terrific doctor. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and responds accordingly. Very professional. Wonderful demeanor. I feel she genuinely cares for her patients.
