She's friendly but that makes up for more knowledges she's lacking. The nurses need more practice and the one who drow the blood is awful.

The fact that you are actually speaking to your provider face to face, not to the back of someone's head while they are typing.Also, she asks questions that are really pertinent to your visit. Doesn't rush you off, like many providers.I also love the fact that there is someone to respond to you when you have a concern after hours! Thankfully, I've only had to use this twice.

The best thing my husband and I did was to change our primary care Dr. to Gabi at Oak St Health. She actually listens to you, there is a scribe who takes notes, discreetly. This means Gabi can give you all her attention and you're not talking to the back of someone's head while they are typing their notes in the computer. Love Oak St Health!
