I couldn't say better things about my Dr and their nurse felt heard and understood about my concerns.

Dr Islam listens and explains all my glucose issues. I am trying a new pill and Dr Islam helped me to understand and helped me look into the cost. Being retired, I need to watch each penny! I love her!

Dr. Islam is very professional and caring. She took the time to explain concepts related to my health plan and ensured my comfortability. I am usually nervous going in for visits, but her calm demeanor and kind attitude makes it enjoyable.

Dr Islam, is a patient soft spoken precise on her caring giving great advise in instructions.

I felt very listened to and Dr. Islam impressed me when she told me that if my test results came back negative that it doesnt mean my pain is in my head. She told me I could come back and we could put our heads together to investigate more. That made me feel so validated and heard. Very happy with my experiences with her as my doctor!

Dr. Islam was great with communication. She talked me through the entire procedure and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Islam is the best! She's so friendly, approachable, attentive, and relatable. I feel comfortable discussing any medical needs with her.

Great bedside manner but god forbid she has to educate or do something other than order a lab or discontinue a medication. Be prepared to advocate for your needs, especially if something is actually abnormal. Without getting too specific, i have had to advocate for every single consult or medication i have needed, even if i came to her office already w an rx for that medication from a specialist (changed insurance). Now i am having a new issue effecting my job and quality of life and despite no physical exam (original visit was virtual), literally no questions asked, and a completely normal set of labs and imaging from 9 months ago that have now CHANGED, she magically knows i just need to “lose weight”. That’s amazing bc over the last year I have lost significant weight, etc etc. But she doesn’t know that bc she never asked, just assumed. She has never worked w me to either educate me on why she wants to do/not do/change something or attempted to gather basic information about me. There is no excuse for not doing basic pt education or standard assessments. I do not recommend this physician unless she grows and changes her practice.
