Dr. Nancy Hoang, MD

My handicapped plaque expires at the end of the month so, I needed a signed form from my primary doctor. Someone in her office said she could do that. When I asked, the doctor told me she doesn’t do it. I let her staff know of my other medical concerns and additional reasons for my appointment. They ignored all that and put me down for a physical. They told me there was no co-pay. Upon leaving, they told me I didn’t get a physical so they charged the co-pay. The doctor asked a lot of questions wanted to refer me to a specialist. I didn’t get anything at all that I scheduled the appointment for. Her staff doesn’t know their job. Basically, it was a waste of my time. I doubt I’ll be seeing her again.

Dr. Hoang is wonderful! She actually listens and pulls no punches to make sure you get what you need for optimal health. She has given me the best care I’ve ever received from a physician. She sees her patients as people and not income. Can’t recommebd her highly enough.

Dr Hoang is my family 's doctor for a good 5 years. I like dr Ngo too, he is my husband and sons's dr. I love her a lot, she is very sweet and spending time with her patients. She has very nice staffs, especially Ms. Kim, she is very helpful. Once you need help, she never mine to do it for you. One of the lady in front officeoffice, she needs to change her attitude a little bit, very rude to people who are unable speaking English. In the back office has Ms. Kenia. Overall I really like it.

Dr. Hoang has been one of my favorite doctors. Her bedside manners are superb. She takes time out to elaborate on your issues and always offer sound advice. She is very down to earth and understands that life happens.
