Love Love Dr. Casanova!! She’s great and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Casanova truly cares about her patients. She spends time listening to patients and provides knowledgeable solutions for patients health care needs. She presents herself as a very positive and energetic person which helped me be more positive. She is by far the best physician I have ever met.

Long wait time to get appointment and difficult to make appointment. Doesn’t explain condition or listen well. Very rushed appointment 8-10 minutes Office environment not professional No direct line to physician office

She is knowledgable, thorough, kind and compassionate-and she runs on time!!!

Dr. Casanova is a great doctor. She has been extremely helpful in dealing with my constant pain issues from prostrate cancer issues. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Professional and caring

Dr. Casanova took care of our young son for two years after he was born with hydronephrosis. She is a diligent and skilled clinician, communicates very effectively, and is very kind and compassionate. I wish I could give her six stars.

Dr Cassanova is very compassionate, and yet takes care of problems quickly. I had kidney stones, and she did she got rid of them with a lazer. Im now doing well.

This was my first visit and I was impressed every step of the way during my appointment. Dr. Casanova asked a lot of good questions, put me at ease, and I felt that she was concerned with the issues that I was dealing with. Felt I was in good hands with the doctor as well as with the PA/nurse practitioner. Everyone I encounter was pleasant and friendly.

After waiting over an hour in the waiting room with a 2 year old, I finally asked the front desk when we might be seen. We were then moved to a room where we waited for another 30 minutes before being seen. I was told we were waiting so long because they were trying to get us a room with toys. Not necessary. I could hear the doctor around the corner talking to someone while we waited. Sounded more like a social visit rather than business related. When the doctor finally came in I was told that they didn’t have the film necessary from our daughters procedure at Children’s so we were at a standstill. At no point when made the appointment nor when we confirmed the appointment was it communicated that I was responsible for tracking down her films. We arrived for her appointment at 3pm (early as requested) and didn’t leave until 5:15. I’ve met with others in the office and had favorable experiences but this particular interaction has me rethinking whom we might meet with in the future.

I’ve been treated by this Female doctor for about 4 years. Mainly for post menopausal mild urine leakage, sometimes frequent urination issues, mild bladder prolapse, etc. She is very professional, kind, and asks questions, and eager to give you suggestions to assure your uniques female issues are met. Her staff are all helpful to. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a female Urologist in the Littleton/S Denver area. I’m 60, post menopausal, no serious medical needs, just maintenance issues, as I age gracefully!

I love Dr. Casanova's pro-active approach! Most doctors say let's wait and see. Not Dr. Casanova. She doesn't mess around. Her along with her staff including the front desk were very friendly and professional. I will recommend her to all family and friends.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Doctor Casanova! I have a complicated health history with frequent UTIs and other issues, and she is awesome. She treated those, put in a Bladder Stimulater...and even worked on my husband! She's our family Urologist! Highly recommend.

Terrible treatment of my 89 yr-old mother, scheduled for a scope and sat in waiting room for two hours, by then it was late afternoon and my mother was worried that the medical crew would be quite rushed since they were running so far behind. I inquired of the receptionist as to when my mother would receive care and she disappeared. Terrible experience and shameful treatment of an elderly patient.
