Dr. Patrick Haley, MD

This receptionist needs to be fired. Or had a talking with. Because how she talks to patients is just plain down rude & no way to handle business. I called earlier asking her what the hours were and she interrogated me “who is this??!” I was so taken back. I scheduled appt with another provider now. Seriously never experienced such a rude office receptionist before. Dr Haley could be wonderful, but will never know because the receptionist blocks him from taking on patients

Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and difficult to deal with.

The doctor bills at wrong codes to make more money on their patients. Worse experience I have had at a doctors. I made an appointment and asked to get email confirmation so I could put that in my calendar. They said they don't do that, I found that odd in 21st century but okay. Now when I showed up they did not have my appointment in the books, I guess that's not surprising since they don't use a calendar. So they fit me in between patients total time seen was probably about 15 minutes. The rash that I came to be seen for was looked briefly at and determined as nothing to worry about and no prescription given. Some time later I get a bill for 99205 NP Level 5 E/M. The highest complexity visit with possible threat to life or limb that lasts over an hour. I though surely that was a mistake so I called up and tried to clear it up. They were rude, condescending, and insisted that I did not know what I was talking about and even though I was seen for only a few minutes this is the correc

I do like Dr. Haley but his receptionist is very difficult to deal with. I was having symptoms that were not normal and called to talk to Dr. Haley. She said she would see if he was available. She called back and said he was not available. I don’t feel confident that she told him my symptoms.His office does not have a nurse or PA to assist with these calls. You may be left to her mercy for your medical care

He was good at dealing with my problems and excellent at explaining the problem and what needed to be done. One of the best urologists I have ever had.
