Refused to help me claimed by positive AnA was false negative even though numbers have been climbing. Yelled at me when I asked questions and wanted help figuring out what is wrong with me. Literally walked out of my exam room yelling at me!

Terrible. Went to my first visit, Dr Dayal had me do blood work, came back positive for an autoimmune, then made me come in for TWO separate visits to do a sonogram of my hands & feet respectively, and then proceeds to tell me that I have nothing wrong with me and it’s just fibromyalgia and that I don’t need to come in again. Went and got a second opinion and now I’m being treated for lupus. Not to mention the office staff is horrible and can’t get anyone on the phone for days on end.

The front desk staff was awesome, other than that, this was the worst visit I've had with a doctor. From the minute I walked into the back rooms I felt rushed, not listened to, and when I tried to answer questions I was hurried through to the next question or haggled about the answers I was giving. I felt as if my report of my own health and previous diagnosis was in question and not valid. A thorough physical exam was not done, I was poked in one or two spots then sent off for labs and xrays to be done and another visit two weeks out. I know this is not normal procedure from other rheumatologists I have seen in the past. Was charged extra for blood work, as an "office fee" instead of being able to go to an in network clinic. I'm searching for a new doctor!

"Men don't get lupus." - Nimesh Dayal, MD* (*allegedly) These were essentially the first words out of the doctor's mouth before I could even finish discussing the joint pain that brought me to his office. Fun fact: at least 10% of lupus patients are men. Some studies show as high as 20%, and others suggest lupus is radically under-diagnosed in men because of dismissive attitudes like Dr. Dayal's. Dr. Dayal was visibly bored while taking my history and performed a cursory physical. He ordered some test to pad his bill, then dismissed me, even re-interpreting an ultrasound when the ultrasound tech marveled at how much fluid was surrounding my joints, the doctor's notes read, "no fluid was seen on u/s." He is a bad doctor and he should have his license to practice taken away. His office staff is even worse somehow.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Dayal for rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Dayal and his PA Reana really listen and care. Dr. Dayal explained each medication and shared side effects. After searching for a local rheumatologist to no avail, I have found Dr. Dayal's office and truly feel it is worth the 45 minute drive from Lake Mary.

I called the office in mid-may to make an appointment with Dr Dayal. The office manager said that he could not see me until mid-july. Today in early July she called me and said that he went off of my insurance carriers Network and would not be able to see me. They wasted almost two months of my time when I could have gone to another doctor. Very unprofessional!!! Definitely would not recommend this office or staff!

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Nimesh Dayal when we moved to the Clermont area. RA (and OA) are difficult to deal with, but Dr. Dayal’s knowledge of treatments, experience in the field and compassion, as well as the ready smiles and support of his front desk, nurses and physicians assistant – who are always available to help, are certainly a comfort beyond words.

Dr Dayal is the only one who found the right treatment for my RA and I have been seeing him for years . He is extremely knowledgeable and can be trusted . He has an excellent staff, Marie the manager and Irene at the front desk who welcomes you with the warmest smile. I hope I can continue with him as long as i have RA. I have tried other rheumatologists in other cities and none was able to help me as much as Dr Dayal. He goes beyond and above for his patients and I would recommend him to anybody who has RA .s

Dr. Dayal, should I even call him doctor, has a lousy bedside manner, and apparently has a crystal ball that can give diagnosis without testing. He was one of the rudest people I have ever met, and I wouldn't recommend him to treat my dog. He treats you like you are a burden to him. Truly a disappointment, and I am sorry I ever had an appointment. Thanks for not caring!

Dr. Dayal almost cost me my life. I was very sick but he told me "you do NOT have a rheumatological issue" and I cannot help you and he sent me away. I was devastated and went to my internist who was horrified by my treatment from Dr Dayal and he referred me to a rheumatologist who corrrecly diagnosed me with rheumatoid arthritis. I am now on strong biologic injections that have completely stopped my pain and progression of this horrible disease. Dayal is a disgrace to his profession.
