I have no idea about the doctor. I didn't get that far. The receptionist's deadpan tone was reason enough to HANG UP HARD .... I'll have to put you on hold and think about that." How RUDE! Suggestion to Dr. Utlaut .... Get some bedside manner and people skills to the front desk! First impressions are the entrance to the open window of your success.
