Another Dr that doesn’t listen
I have been to this ER over the past few years for the same kidney stone or ovarian cyst. It is always after hours so my drs aren’t available. I have always had great experiences at the Freestanding ER. I came into the ER with symptoms of kidney stone or cyst. Every time they have looked at my medical History and addressed my pain. And literally Dr Patel came in and ask me what my symptoms were.didn’t know which it was but upon UA he said probably not a kidney stone. Ok so it’s a cyst….. so no pain meds and been there for over 2hr in excruciating pain. So here I am with primary and secondary insurance sitting in the ER which is not where I want to be but it’s after hours and yeah for some reason I’m still in excruciating pain bc this doctor, I guess won’t look at my past records after an ultrasound and there was a cyst on my ovary. After a long time and us asking a couple times Hecame in ME what they usually did for me and then didn’t even do that. Definitely minimized my pain.
