Dr. Jeffrey Davidson, DO

I love Dr Davidson but he is gone from Calera and they will not say where he is I would like to know the answer.

Dr. Davidson is a very good doctor however his staff is terrible. When he needs to refer you out to a specialist you can wait 3-4 weeks and never get a call. I ended up having to make my own appointments. Then they were supposed to do a culture on a urine sample and didn’t so I called to see if I needed to come back in, I never received a call back. Then I was called to come do a wellness visit and I thought I would be seeing Dr. Davison and was going to tell him of the issues I had been having but they have a different person who does the wellness visit so I expressed my issues with her. She was supposed to refer me out for 2 test and that was over 4 weeks ago. I’m now trying to find another primary care doctor. It’s really sad to have a great doctor but staff that won’t even call you with your lab results, return phone calls or refer you for additional testing. The wellness doc said he had been having changes in employees but it’s still a problem since I’m still waiting over 4 weeks.

Dr. Davidson he is a good doctor even though you may have a doctor appointment at 10am and you may be there all day or a very long time overall he is a good Doctor and he cares about his patients.

Dr. Davidson is the absolute best doctor I’ve ever seen! He is thorough, compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and I trust him implicitly!!! He always takes time with his patients explaining things and doesn’t rush out of the room like some doctors. Excellent! Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love Dr. Davidson, my whole family uses him, and believe me it's a big family and getting bigger! He always takes time to discuss everything, he is so through, and yes there is a bit of a wait but it's only because he has other patients and he explains and answers every question you have, and he doesn't leave the room until everything has been explained!

We love Dr. Davidson! He treats us like family and we trust him implicitly!!!

Davidson diagnosed an illness. I have blood in my stool and and low red blood count. I'm anemic. I can't get find out the planned diagnosis because there is a line of associated at the clinic that refuse to let me talk to him. They say he is busy with patients. He REFUSES to call me. His nurse is impossible and unprofessional. I'm sick and he won't treat me or talk to me. I need a referral for an endoscopy and/or colonoscopy. Have to change doctors and start over.

He is the type of doctor that thinks he knows everything. When you voice your opinion or knowledge of something he looks at you as tho you are uneducated. He will leAve patients sitting for hours. Also you can call all day on a emergency situations and receive no call back. He is what I refer to as a QUACK. Not a doctor. Very disappointed. Things need to change.
