Treated me awful and missed obvious kidney stones
I had gone to Dr Shaw a couple of times and liked her at first, but as I came to her with any issues other than the normal, she seemed to act like I was making them up. One day I came in because of concerning symptoms. She basically acted like I was looking for something other than the cause of my internal pain. When I left, I went to an urgent care for a second opinion and they referred me to a urologist after finding an extremely high level of blood in a test, and ended up with a mess of kidney stones. Very disappointed in her read of patients.

Great Doctor
Dr.Shaw is always easy to talk to and listen to you and explains everything that she wants you to know or any problems tell her. She doesn’t quickly come in then leave, if she doing a Pap smear for example she explains everything. For us women that’s important.

Excellent professional, genuine concering care. .
I never feel rushed. I am treated with professional, knowledgable concern. Things are explained in a very understanding way. She always displays a friendly, relaxed attitude with a willingness to answer all my questions and concerns. I leave her office visit with the confidence that I have received excellent health care from a caring, knowledgeable doctor.

Dr Shaw has always been professional, courteous and caring when I’ve needed her. We moved from Mobile to West Point at the end of 2017. I am 77 and have never had lady doctor before so I originally was a bit apprehensive. Dr Shaw has always been professional and caring. She is both my and my wife’s doctor. We have a granddaughter doing her residency in Lexington KY. I hope she becomes like Dr Shaw.
