Dr. Nicole Liebentritt, MD

Dr. Liebentritt is ok. we have found the right combination of medications to keep my migraines to a minimum. However, the front desk staff and scheduling need a lot of work.

If Dr. Liebentritt were to move out of state. I would still see her as my Nuerologist. We have seen so many ups & downs with my epilepsy. She has always been understanding, concerned, & well educated in new treatments & new medications. I never feel rushed, & she knows be by name & remembers things from previous conversations even though she only she sees me yearly. She doesn't do unnecessary tests. And when there are problems that happen that she feels would better be resolved a by a neurosurgeon she always has only the best recommendations. her nursing staff is above reproach. I have nothing but excellent things to say about them as well. The Only thng I would say that could use a little improvement is her front desk staff. The pre COVID staff was superb, friendly & Always willing to help in any way possible. Since COVID, I think some of them have moved on, because they are now rude, uncaring, & they don't know how to prioritize.this is just a paycheck, not a career.

I want to preface this with: I do not write this lightly. Please read. I'm very non-confrontational and it takes a lot for me to get this upset. I was referred to Dr. Liebentritt, and I was not reached out to/even acknowledged for 3 weeks. This is despite myself and my physician attempting multiple times to get a hold of her/her office to figure out what the hold up was. Eventually they call me about 20-25 days later and I'm told when I ask why it took so long to even receive a call from them, I'm told, "well we get over 100+ calls a day... So do even you want to schedule the appointment or not?" at which point I had had enough, so I called back my physician and requested a new referral, which has only extended my waiting/stress period. If you need any sense of urgency, or want to feel even a molecule of empathy/effort is being put into your health, find somebody else other than Dr. Nicole Liebentritt and her office.

This doctor is very unsure of herself when it comes to neurological muscular disorders as well as neurological seizures. I inherited this doctor once my primary neurologist retired. She is a nice person but cannot handle other than headaches. Very disappointed.

Dr. Liebentritt has been very personable, professional, and Knowledgeable. I enjoy talking to her because of her friendly personality and kindness. I wish she was a general practitioner.

I saw Dr. Liebentritt a few years ago regarding spinal pain that my orthopedic surgeon basically put off. She keyed in after the MRI that the other doctor would not “respect “. Currently seeing her regarding balance, weakness, and numbness in my feet. Waiting on results of the recent MRI of my brain. I have total trust in her. She is polite and is a good listener.

I thank God for Dr. Liebentritt! She gave me hope that my life can still be very productive. I had been told I just had tremors by another out of state doctor. That doctor put me on a medication that did very little for me. We moved here & Dr. Liebentritt did an MRI, & exam & said I am in the first stages of Parkinson's. She talked with me, calmed my fear of my future, said there are alot of treatments we can do. She also gave me a new medication that was so effective, I can now function without being so embarrassed of my shaking & can carry on conversations again. No one knows I have Parkinsons unless I tell them. Dr. Liebentritt would be a doctor I would highly recommend to anyone in need! She will give you wonderful care!

Receptionist was rude & sharp with her questions. The doctor was worse. She gave short one word answers to questions. She acted irritated when you ask her questions. I felt like she treated me like I was a waste of her time. She did not make eye contact once. I felt like dirt when I left the office. She showed no respect and was not all informative about the test. So me God I wouldn't recommend her or her office to anyone. The vibe in that office felt negative and uncaring. It was a waste of my time. Thankfully in Omaha we have choices. She is flushed as far as I am concerned.

She is the best.... I am so thankful she is my Doctor... When i thought all hope was lost she gave me a path to find wellness again

Superb bedside manner with my 24 year old son whi is only partially verbal and diagnosed with autism. He was seeing Dr Liebentritt after having a seizure, She was incredibly patient with him. She also patiently listened to our questions and answered our questions. She was not rushed and took over an hour with us and was very thorough.

Dr. Liebentritt was a good Doctor but the follow-up from her staff was managed poorly. The Doctor requested my medication to be changed from another Physician. The change never was completed due to the lack of the staff not communicating properly with the other Physician.

Dr. Liebentritt is very easy to speak to about the changing symptoms of your condition. She makes adjustments of your medicines based on those changes. The Dr. has personal called me to get an update to see if the adjustment of my meds has had a positive effect on my condition. It also surprised me that she has contact with my other Dr. getting their input on my overall health.(Heart,Lungs',Gi and general health) A Dr. that is personable.

She didn't want to help me get rid of my headaches all she cared about was getting paid by my insurance company for seeing me.

I went to Dr. Liebentritt with a problem my primary physician did not help me with. Dr. Liebentritt diagnosed my problem in two office visits. She is very professional, smart, straight forward, listens well, presents you with your options, and has excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend her !!!
