Rude staff
Unfortunately, I have encountered consistent rudeness and impoliteness during my attempts to make appointments. On two separate occasions, the call was abruptly disconnected, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and creating unnecessary frustration for patients seeking assistance. It is disheartening to experience such a level of discourtesy from a front office Elena who should ideally embody empathy and understanding. The individual's tone was consistently loud, and there was a noticeable absence of willingness to assist or guide patients through the appointment process. In my opinion, such behavior is not conducive to a positive patient experience and reflects poorly on the overall reputation of the organization. I believe that patients should feel welcomed and supported when interacting with the front office, and unfortunately, this has not been the case.I understand that everyone has challenging days, but it is crucial for customer-facing staff to maintain a level

Frequent Allergy Injection Problems
While I like Dr. Bryan the problem is that the allergy injections are outsourced to ENT & Allergy Centers. The appointment times are limited and inconvenient. I receive an allergy injection every two weeks regularly. At my last appointment I was informed that my serum vial had expired and a new one had not been ordered. There was no effort to expedite a new vial which would allow me to have an injection the same week. Instead, I would have to wait until my next appointment three weeks (due to the holidays) later. My time had been wasted and there was no explanation as to why excessive serum was made such that it expired before it could be used.

Mislead in Visit Charges
I visited Dr Bryan at the McKinney office. Please be aware of hidden charges and lack of cost transparency. As part of my check-up, Dr. Bryan said she was going to take a closer look in my nostrils. To my surprise, this minute long check was an additional charge of $595. I was never made aware this would come as an additional fee and when I tried to resolve after with the ENT billing dept when the bill came through, they said there was nothing they could do to resolve.

Excellent listener, communicator, and demeanor
I was very impressed with Dr. Bryan. She asked the right questions, listened carefully and asked more questions, did an examination based on my answers, told me what she saw, made a logical action plan, and asked for my approval to continue. Perfection! However, I have not had a good experience getting anyone to answer the phone or calling me back within a reasonable time. The Portal app didn't have her listed as a provider, so I couldn't send her a message using that. All that was disappointing and frustrating.

I do not like doctors. They do not listen. Wrong!!! Dr, Bryan listens intently, asks clarifying questions, is compassionate, and has the incredible ability to couple compassion, cordiality and professionalism. She diagnosed my issue and explained why and how she arrived at the conclusion. She did not just throw meds at me or tell me what she thought and dismissed my concerns. She was actually authentically compassionate. She is the example of what the medical community should be. I cannot express enough accolades. Thank you Dr. Bryan for changing my mind about doctors.

Dr. Bryan is amazing. She performed a sinuplasty on me that was life-changing. I'll just say she went above and beyond, and now my sinuses drain as they should. She's been my ENT doc for several years, and I will not go anywhere else. Her bedside manners are also top-notch, so not only is she a master in her specialty, she is incredibly personable and listens to her patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Bryan’s for about 10 years. Now I am sick and she refuses to help me because I can’t wear a mask as it hinders my ability to breathe (especially while congested). I would think an ENT would understand this. I would also think there would be some kind of ethical dilemma for not treating a patient you know is ill and needs your help, but I guess not... This really upsets me because I thought Dr. Bryan was such a good doctor who truly cared about her patients. I guess I was mistaken.

I had a visit today with Dr. Bryan and was absolutely impressed with my entire experience. I followed the instructions on their new patient paperwork forms online, arrived about 15min ahead of time and was taken back to a room at my appointed time. She came in within a minute or so and stayed with me (versus hopping around rooms) to work through my issues. I was in and out in 30 minutes total, felt attended to and thoroughly explained findings. I highly recommend her practice!

My husband has been going to her for about 5 years. Since he started with her he's had less sinus infections and sinus surgeries! She is really all about the patient and listens to what the patient has to say! Now my whole family goes to her!

Doc was great in diagnosis. However watch the sell on hearin aids and read fine print on all paperwork. When you get told your part is 200 and turns into a 1600 bill that's just not right.
