For starters, the staff in the reception area were really friendly and welcoming. Dr. Binder put me through the process getting my eyes checked regarding my glaucoma. He answered my questions very honestly and assured me things will be okay.

Before I spoke to Dr. Binder he gave me several tests and even without knowing the positive results I felt Dr Binder was taking excellent care of me, my eyesight. I felt absolutely confident of whatever the outcome that I was in good hand, the best Doctor! So glad I went to him rather than emergency. I was scared to go back for the followup but I am glad I chose Dr Binder over returning to emergency. They took good care of me in emergency but I felt Dr Binder would be a better choice for follow up care. Thanks to God for making the right followup decision and for the positive outcome and for Dr Binder!!!

I was a little bit early with my appointment, but I was accomodated as soon as I arrived. A very nice experience.

This was 2nd emergency visit and they accepted me no problem. I came in for extreme dry eye for my other eye that happened 2 days later. I was received in a timely manner and relieved my pain and a treatment for 4 to 6 months.

The staff are very efficient, and friendly. Dr. Binder is kind, patient and explains everything in detail. Great Doctor...
