Dr. Jain is the very best. He gets to know his patients and makes the procedure more relaxed. His office staff is excellent and they make patients feel welcomed. I would highly recommend Dr. Jain. He is my favorite physician.

My favorable experience began with calling their office with an eye problem when the receptionist gave me an appointment for the same morning. After going through various eye tests in their office, Dr. Jain conducted a comprehensive examination, leaving no stone unturned. His thoroughness gave me confidence in his diagnosis and advice. Even though I learned that one of my eyes had a serious problem, I appreciated his frankness. His assistant, Trevor, also helped with good suggestions before leaving.These days, it can take weeks or even longer to see a well-established doctor who has many patients. After my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Jain’s efficient and thorough services.

I always look forward to my visits to Dr Jain. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and are proficient at their jobs. Dr Jain is highly skilled in his field as well as being a genuine caring person. He is never rushed in my visits and always explains everything very clearly. When it comes to their patients, many physicians have an invisible wall between their professional and personal lives. Dr Jain is very open and willing to share of himself and has a genuine interest in the lives of his patients thus gaining a more complete understanding of their challenges. Wait times can take a little while but the various tests prior to the consult, comfortable wait area and helpful staff make that easy. There is a high demand for Dr Jains care so be assured someone else is getting the same non rushed thorough care that you will get. Does a few minutes really matter when it comes to your eyesight?

Dr. Jain is all about patient care. He spends as much time as needed to be sure everything is explained and clear, what to expect and what to do if there is an issue. The guy gives out his personal cell number for gosh sakes!

Dr. Jain is such a nice man. I am impressed by his vast knowledge and approach to my eye problem. I am so happy his practice is near to us so both my husband, who has Type 1 diabetes and my self with freckles, are able to have him advise us both. His office staff are very understanding and helpful.

It was a good appointment

Having been a doctor myself, I can tell you this is a great doctor. A throwback to the doctors of years ago who cared and took an extra bit of time if needed. You never feel rushed. If you occasionally wait a bit longer, it's only because another patient is receiving the same excellent care you will receive.

Dr Jain is never in a rush during my visit. Takes the time needed to review my diagnosis and makes the necessary recommendation to get the best treatment. The office staff are all very courteous and professional. Always look forward to my next visit at Dr Jain’s Carlsbad office.

Excellent experience my first visit at Dr Jain’s office. Reception, wait time, Staff, and of course Dr Jain were all very professional, personal, and efficient. Dr Jain’s helped me understand why my ophthalmologist referred me and exactly how we would proceed under Dr Jain’s care. The office was very busy, yet no one was waiting very long as their eyes dilated, tests were taken, and Dr Jain provided exceptional patient care. I wish every medical office I visit was as helpful as Dr Jain’s!

Great staff. But I feel safe with Dr Jain. He has helped me with a partially detached retina which has stayed intact. Today he told me why my vision is blurry ( no cataracts) and gave me the solution. So talented, my favorite nerd with a wonderful bedside manner!
