Dr. Neil Oishi, DDS

I recently had a crown implant procedure with Dr. Oishi, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Dr. Oishi was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain how the procedure would go, walking me through each step before we began. His clear communication put me at ease and made the entire process much less daunting. During the procedure, he continued to explain what he was doing, which really helped to keep me calm and informed. What truly stood out to me was the follow-up care. Dr. Oishi personally called me after the surgery to check on my recovery and to answer any questions I had. This level of care and attention made me feel genuinely valued as a patient. His team was equally impressive. They were polite, friendly, and courteous throughout, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Their professionalism and warmth made the entire experience even better.

Dr Oishi and his team did an amazing job with my tooth removal. They provided excellent bed side manner and explained the entire process while making sure that my comfort and safety was their number one priority. A very big mahalo to Dr. Oishi and his amazing team!

My 84 year old mom needed to have 3 teeth extracted. Dr. Oishi explained the procedure to me and my mom several times. My mom was very scared and Dr. Oishi’s assistant offered to hold her hand during the procedure. The procedure went well and was very quick. I am very pleased with the care my mom received.

Twice now, Dr Oishi has been terrific with clear explanations throughout the procedure and follow-up visits for my double implants.

From consultation to the procedure, Dr. Oishi was very helpful and knowledgeable. He and his staff made sure everything went well and that I was okay during the procedure. I was very nervous when I went in for my extraction, but I had laughing gas to help calm me down and the local anesthetics helped a lot as I felt minimal discomfort and pressure. I would definitely recommend this facility, as well as Dr. Oishi to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Oishi and staff are very welcoming and most importantly I appreciate that Dr. Oishi explained the procedure well prior to and what to expect and things to watch out for. I greatly appreciate the gesture for following up about my son on how he’s doing. Great job and keep up the good work!

The staff was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jessica and Dr. Oishi took time to explain everything and answered all my questions without patronizing me or making me feel like I’m taking up their time. Later in the evening Dr. Oishi called to check on me and see if I had any questions. I really appreciate this level of service and support, which unfortunately is increasingly rare these days.

During my daughter’s consult he explained everything, even the scary parts! He patiently answered my daughter’s questions. She was very scared but he made her feel safe and that she would be well taken care of. I have to say his staff at the town location and Waipio location are terrific! so caring and helpful.
