The staff at the Medical Center were very kind, sensitive and professional. Dr Haruki is excellent and took the time to explain the procedure to be performed. He provided excellent care along with the generous administration of anesthesia making the visit pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Haruki without reservation.

Dr. Oishi is the best so far that ever took care of my teeth. The process was smooth and I was amazed how he was able to pull my wisdom tooth in full shape! I would like to commend Dianne for being super helpful and nice for making me feel comfortable and in good hands. I am afraid of needles but good thing she’s there to make me calm and trust the process. She explained everything pre and post operation in layman’s term. Overall, everyone is very nice and kind!

I recently had a crown implant procedure with Dr. Oishi, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care.Dr. Oishi was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain how the procedure would go, walking me through each step before we began. His clear communication put me at ease and made the entire process much less daunting. During the procedure, he continued to explain what he was doing, which really helped to keep me calm and informed.What truly stood out to me was the follow-up care. Dr. Oishi personally called me after the surgery to check on my recovery and to answer any questions I had. This level of care and attention made me feel genuinely valued as a patient.His team was equally impressive. They were polite, friendly, and courteous throughout, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. Theirprofessionalism and warmth made the entire experience even better.

Everybody was very respectable from the time you enter their office till you go into the room, during the procedure the dr. Letting you know everything that’s gonna happen, very precise in what he’s doing I LOVED IT!!!! I’m very pain tolerant, the nurses were very on it. I was in an out of there in no time. VERY RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!!!!

Dr. Haruki is the best at what he does. Always verbalized what he is doing during the procedure prepares you so there are no surprises. His entire staff is courteous, efficient and friendly.

Dr Oishi's team talked me through each step of the procedure-what to expect, what was being done and the reason for it. Also, he called me later in the day to see how I was doing and to ask me again if I had any questions. I remarked he should be an educator for future dentists/dental surgeons.

Dr Haruki is knowledgeable, skilled, thoughtful, and caring. He has operated on me twice, and he and his staff make sure the patient is informed and comfortable. All his staff are personable and possess excellent customer-service skills. I have had two implants done; even though 10 years apart, both procedures were pain-free and quick.
