HORRIBLE
told me that I could not have surgery for my strabismus and proceeded to be very fast, my mom was talking on the phone and he kicked her out. Unprofessional of him, in so many ways.

Character and Integrity Matters
I told the doctor (Neil Katz) that three (3) additional mask less people in his 4x4 exam room in addition to him and my daughter (disabled) and myself is far too much; especially since COVID-19, RSV and other communicable diseases are still running rampant. He told me 'this is my playpen, you can't tell me what to do'. This coming from a supposed doctor and when I told him we can't even get a cold due to lung and heart issues it didn't make a difference.I will never ever come back to this place again for myselfmor my disabled Daughter who I brought to see him because of her cataracts and he and his staff disrespected and discarded as nothing! It's ridiculous for supposedly 'intelligent ' people to be offended by the tone of your deep voice..egotistical, self-absorbed, and self-centered doctor and his staff!
