Polite and professional treatment from he and his staff. Quickly gave me an appointment when a problem occurred with my eye. Have been treated by him for about 10 years.

I highly recommend Dr. Neil Dorfman for ophthalmology care. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Dorfman for over 30 years. Dr. Dorfman has performed our annual eye exams, filled eyeglass prescriptions and performed procedures when necessary. We have always received the best of care and have had all our ophthalmology needs met. I recently had a blurry vision emergency and Dr. Dorfman responded to my emergency immediately and professionally. He diagnosed my issue expediently and referred me to the appropriate retinal specialist. Dr. Dorfman’s staff is caring, efficient and courteous. His office runs efficiently and on time and we have never had to wait long to be seen. I have known Dr Dorfman for more than 25 years. He is an excellent ophthalmologist and a kind and considerate physician. Most importantly, I trust him with my eyes and have recommended him literally hundreds of times with excellent feedback from everyone I referred. In looking over the reviews the only negative review I see is someone complaining about the wait time. I would rather wait for a physician that I trust then get in and out quickly with someone I don’t. When I leave Dr. Dorfman‘s office I am confident that I have received the best of care.

I have recommended Dr Dorfman to three others, my husband and two friends. All of us feel the same, Dr Dorfman is the best we have experienced in Opthamalagy. Two of us have had cataracts removed and Dr Dorfman’s explanation of the procedure put me at ease. I sincerely appreciate him taking his time after the surgery to call me to ask how I was doing. Dr. Dorfman is the best. He has been my doctor for 20 years and has kept me seeing thouugh I am a Type II Diabetic. He is a marvelous surgeon and did a perfect cataract procedure. When natures drains in my eye closed up, he surgically made new ones. He has success managed my calciilytc band keratopathy (calcium deposits on the cornea . I owe him a lot as I can still live independently and write books at age 84.

I was a new patient who had a problem with contact lens solution damaging my corneas. Dr. Dorfman diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication that resolved the issue very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and calming at a time when I was extremely stressed and in considerable pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Dorfman.

Dr Dorfman is an outstanding professional. He is knowledgeable and compassionate and goes out of his way to provide the best possible care. I highly recommend this physician to anyone.

Of the three times I've visited his office, twice I've been there for more than 1 1/2 hours. This last time, and it will be my last, I had to wait an hour just to be seated in a room. And I don't think they would have taken me if I hadn't politely reminded them that my appointment was supposed to be an hr ago. Then waited another 20 minutes until Dr. Dorfman got to me. He's a nice doctor and knows his stuff but unless you can afford to wait, it's just not worth it. No way I'd recommend them.
