Find another doctor
I’ve had one visit with Dr. Gandhi. I explained my current diagnosis and treatment three times before Dr. Gandhi came in the room. I then had to go over it again with her. I found her to be extremely condescending. She said she needed different bloodwork than what I had provided. When I asked what test were missing, she said “ the different ones we use.” The office staff has no clue what’s going on. There appears to be no communication. Trying to get a return call is like waiting for the return of Jesus. Why take the patients if you don’t want to treat them? I found another doctor.

Empathic, knowledgeable & competent physician
Dr. Gandhi is everything mentioned in the previous 5 star reviews. She asks probing questions & listens to my answers. Provides options for follow-up care. I find her very generous in options for pain relief - injections, oral analgesics, water PT. I waited one time in the office for more than an hour. It was a late afternoon appt. & I was told office was backed up from the morning. I decided not to wait & easily rescheduled for following week. In 3 years, that was only time I waited more than 5 minutes.

Diagnosed with a condition I didn’t have.
I would encourage anyone who has seen this doctor or practice get another opinion. I was diagnosed with a condition I never had. I was solely diagnosed with blood with PsA as I was negative for lupus and RA. I didn’t know anything about AI disorders so I didn’t second guess it. Turns out I don’t have PSA or anything rheumatological. I have Crohn’s and the few doctors who’ve asked about this “PSA” diagnosis were blown away at her diagnosis process and treatment. Completely wrong, reckless, and absolutely dangerous. How dare you just hand out these powerful medications without knowing what you’re talking about.

A true professional
She reviewed results, explained everything, talks about options, actually spends time with you. With all this said, if you want the same service, she may be late but even if she is, she does not rush you.... One of the best doctors I have.

Exceptional and caring rheumatologist
I have been seeing Dr. Gandhi since the start of the pandemic. She was referred to me by my podiatrist as she thought I needed a good rheumatologist, instead of ankle surgery! Dr. Gandhi is very knowledgeable, compassionate and comes straight to the point with accurate diagnosis. Following her treatment pattern I am able to keep my blood work parameters within range. With her encouragement, I have been able to get back into a daily routine and recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine and trusted opinion and treatment. Being an Indian myself and having unpleasant experiences with other Indian doctors in the past, I was skeptical to visit Dr. Gandhi, but now she is my best specialist doctor! I trust her completely. Her staff is amazing, and very respectful. They are always prompt in responding, and very much like the doctor, have everything addressed on your list of asks. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Dr. Gandhi and team, from the bottom of my heart!

Kudos for excellent, caring medicine!
As a patient of Dr. Nehal Gandhi for almost 11-years, her skills, empathy, and availability have made her one of my life's treasures. Rheumatoid is nasty, but Dr. Gandhi keeps finding ways to tweak treatment and keeps me moving, engaged and healthy. Her smile and warmth as she asks questions to probe my well-being are comforting. I've always been treated with respect and dignity. For this excellent care, I sometimes must wit an extra 15-30 minutes for my appointment, but Dr. Gandhi has nester rushed me through an appointment either and that is the treatment from a specialist I seek.

I started out seeing Heather the Nurse Practioner to get into the office sooner rather than later waiting for an appointment with Dr Ghandi herself. Love her! She listened and was very empathetic towards my pain and symptoms that I had been experiencing. I never felt like I was crazy for my symptoms and just pushed to the side with another medication. She believed me and what I was telling her and she got to bottom of it right away. I never felt rushed one minute that I was in that office. If you can’t get in with Dr Ghandi right away then see Heather. She is amazing!

Unfortunately I was unable to schedule an appointment. Even though the site says she is accepting new patients and takes my insurance upon calling I was told she does not take CIGNA. I called Cigna to confirm she is a network provider which they verified so I called back and then was told she is not taking New patients who have CIGNA. When I asked Morgan why they were not taking new patients with CIGNA so I could relay this information to CIGNA she refused to give me an answer. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Dr Gandhi, is such a kind person and a very good doctor. She spends time with you to discuss your care. She is a doctor who really cares for her patients not like most doctors who rush you out of the office so they can do as many patients as possible in a day. My wife who is a Nurse Practitioner and I both go to her. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I had my initial appointment with Dr. Gandhi, and for the first time in decades my issues: pain/arthritis/fibromyalgia, etc. are being acknowledged as real! I felt such relief after being reassured that we are going to get to the bottom of my chronic pain. I broke down and cried with relief when I got back in my car. Thank you! What a gem, Dr. Gandhi is!
