I have been seeing Dr. Stolar for over a year now. I do not find him helpful at all. I am very disappointed as I thought by now I would have been feeling better. I don't feel he is always distracted and doesn't listen to well.

WOW, Neil has gotten really grey,since I saw him years ago ! I went to Dr. Stolar for awhile and liked him. He was very easy going. I have OCD and and had some hang ups about where we could meet so he accommodated me and we met even at a pizza place for awhile (at a down time and away from other customers. Later I went to the office he was using. I stopped going to him only because I had an issue with his office location etc., and not because of him. I found him to be caring and a good listener.

I highly recommend Dr. Stolar. I've been to many Psychiatrists and he is the best. He is laid back, easy to talk to, and he has gone above and beyond to help me. When we have been in the process of deciding which medications would be right for me, he listened to my concerns, and we decided together which medications to try. He wasn't like other doctors that I went to before who just gave me a prescription without any input from me. Dr. Stolar worked with me to find the right fit. I could go on..
