The prep whereby you drink 64ounces of prescription liquid and follow a diet is the worst part of the prep for the procedure. The actual colonoscopy was not a problem because you are sedated. When you wake it’s over. The staff and doctor were very kind, attentive and professional.

I arrived a little before time. I thought that was the only patient there. Dr. Jest and staff were very professional and empathetic I felt like I was at a personal spa. For colonoscopy. I truly appreciate the personal attention. I felt like I was looking forward my next ten year for the next visit. They even called after care for two days please keep up the excellent love for your profession. Thank you all !

Everything was thoroughly explained, not rushed. The facility is very nice. GI Associates has a top notch facility and staff at Oconomowoc. Thank you for making a somewhat unpleasant procedure tolerable.

Dr Jest really cares and treated me like a person. Have not had a dr. like this in years! Very rare in today's world. He was calm, office was calm, every one was kind and caring. I immediately trusted him.

I went in terrified and embarrassed. The staff was extremely professional, yet polite, kind and even funny. They work hard to put patients at ease. The process was quick, easy and over before I knew it. The process was thoroughly explained. Each person involved knew their role. The anesthesiologist was attentive. The recovery was painless as well. The only change I would recommend is wait another 30 seconds after the patient starts to wake up before asking what flavor juice they want. I would have picked something else. Other than that, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Do I want to do it again? No, but if I have to, I want to go back to GI Associates. Dr Jest was very clear about my results. He was kind and pleasant, like everyone else. From check in to departure, I have no complaints. Even the juice thing is just a recommendation. If you have to undergo an awkwardly invasive GI exam, GI Associates is a great place to choose. You will wake up thinking that wasn’t so bad.

Go associates, was efficient, welcoming, sincere. They work as a well oil machine. No extra fluff or waiting.I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family for their colonoscopy.

Received 2 bills- one for over $500 about 5 days after visit and then one about 5 weeks later for $100. Called insurance both times because we weren’t supposed to be billed at all, and finally verified with the office that we are at $0. But needed to make many calls and waste time figuring it out.

Dr. jest was thorough and explained everything in detail. He willingly answered questions and spent time with me as his patient.
