I love Dr Russell
I agree with some of the reviews about the waiting times, but every time I saw Dr. Russell he took care of my problems. Unfortunately, we moved from Queen Creek to Buckeye and the drive was about an hour. Otherwise, he would still be my Dr.

Waited an hour to see Dr Russell. After an hour in the waiting room, I had to leave to get back to work. Don't take on as many patients as you do if you can't keep up with the workload. Our schedules are important as well. Front desk gals were very kind. A+ for them.

No availability, LONG WAITS, awful office staff.
Good luck getting an appointment. I waited two months to be seen, only to be told upon arrival that Dr. Russell was running almost two hours behind schedule. Not everyone has the availability to wait all day at the doctor's office just to be seen. The other times I've seen Dr. Russell, it's the same deal -- over an hour wait, plus the time you spend waiting in the room. Ridiculous.

Awesome Doc!
I love Dr Russell. He genuinely cares about his patients, and wants to do everything he can to help. He is the first Dr I've ever had who actually LISTENS to me, and wants to be proactive. I also love that he doesn't push pills on his patients, nor does he shame or talk down his patients. I highly recommend him!

My first visit with Dr. Russell was for my annual wellness exam. He introduced himself but did not listen to my heart or examine me in any way. After some cursory conversation his phone alarm went off and our visit was over. I'm 77 years old and have never had a Dr. use an alarm system to let him know when "times up." This did not give me any confidence that he had my well-being as a priority but that his priority was keeping on schedule.
