Very Positive Dr. Ho performed a stent procedure on my husband in August 2021. After the procedure he found us in the waiting room and took time to explain what he did. In addition he stayed talking with us until all our questions were answered.

I give him 1 star - I would rate him even lower if it was an option. He performed a surgical procedure on me and never came to talk to me either before or after surgery. To this day I have never seen the man. The surgical result was a disaster and I had to go to another surgeon to have the procedure redone which required undergoing anesthesia again and a loss of weeks of being to get back to a normal life.

Bad experience whereby Dr. Ho acted as though he was caring but didn't listen to the new patient when he was speaking. The patient was cut off in mid sentence while asking a question. This gave a sense of Dr. Ho being impatient and disrespectful; probably from a quality of arrogance. Dr. Ho didn't really take the time to understand the patient's issue which directly relates to normal and general cardiology, of which Dr. Ho is a supposed specialist. Dr. Ho started saying he would give the patient to another doctor after about 10 minutes, which is very traumatic to a patient who has waited months to see Dr. Ho. Dr. Ho was unprepared for the visit and didn't have all the medical records, of which he had many months to obtain, but was quick to offer to do an unnecessary surgical procedure. Dr. Ho pretends to be caring but his actions show he is uncaring, impatient, unprofessional, disrespectful and has a limited knowledge of his craft and his role as a medical professional & doctor.

Dr Ho is a wonderful caring Doctor. He took good care of my 94 year old father when he needed a heart stent. He took time to talk to my brother and I after the surgery and the office he works in made us feel very welcome even on short notice when Dad's blood press wasn't stsbilizing. Thank you!!

I cannot give Dr Ho a good review as he may be okay to some But not for me. After waiting an exorbitant amount of time in waiting room, I had to go looking for my husband whom he was working on. It was 1-1/2 hours past the time he was supposed to be done and that was including xm extra half hour . By the time I found a nurse who could tell me where my husband was, and she said that Dr. Ho said he couldn't find me to talk to me. I Was the Only one in the waiting room; how hard did he look.
