If you want to be ignored and not listen to by the staff and Doctor Sepehrdad, this is your man. I ran out of blood thinner medication because it got lost in the mail from mail order pharmacy. Mail order pharmacy was sending it again. I needed a partial prescription while waiting for full prescription. I called every day to Doctor Sepehrdad office for three days in a row and talked to staff and no response back. A week later they finally called me, and they said they never got the request but somehow knew details of my request. When I asked why it took so long to get back to me, staff person said they have a lot of message request to go through and I have to wait my turn. The next day they did send a prescription to local pharmacy for 90 days when I asked for a week. The pharmacy wanted over $500 and would not bring it lower than $350 for a month's worth. I cannot afford this. So, I'm not supposed to go without this medication according to the doctor but now have to wait for mail order prescription. I'm changing cardiologist because Doctor Sepehrdad is too busy for me to be a patient with him.

I absolutely love Dr. Separhdad so much so that I drive nearly 2 hours to see him. He is the only doctor to not take it lightly that I have near syncope episodes often. He has not stopped looking for the cause. I highly recommend him.

Dr Sepehrdad is a Great Doctor ! He asks me questions, listens to my answers, then comments about my most critical blood test results, and gives me lots of time to ask him questions too !! I am Very Happy with Dr Reza Sepehrdad !!!

Seen Dr Sepherdad twice in his Auburn office with my neighbor who had a stroke. Everyone in his office and Dr. Sepherdad have been kind, caring, and understanding of what my neighbor's been going through. I couldn't recommend Dr. Sepherdad and his staff more.

Dr. Sepehrdad is an absolute genius and yet he remains humble and approachable. My blood pressure was 248/147 when I started seeing him 7 months ago. For the last 5 months it has been averaging 135/79 under his care. He's amazing, and so gentle, also. He has moved to another practice that is now one and a half hours away from me, and he's worth the drive, and I know several other patients also feel that way. Go to him, you'll be blessed.
