Very Poor Service
I would NOT recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone. All of the negative reviews are absolutley correct. She is rude, smug, unsupportive, doesn't listen or offer to provide a solution for issues, rushes appointments, and does not provide overall good medical services. She does not return calls and told me talk to the office manager to resolve proper communication, which is not the patient's job. Her office is poorly managed and does not return billing requests to diagnostic service and bills were forwarded to me. I had to intervene and call her office to help expedite and resolve issue. They are totally unorganized. Overall, a very bad experience. Just look at the number of bad reviews.

Negative Professional Experience
Simply put, Dr. Natasha was unsupportive of my adult client with special needs. She was very condescending, smug, and unwilling to listen to serious medical concerns. Her dismissiveness to our adult group home conerns and patient's recent hospitalizations was very unprofessional. She actually asked why we came to see her after a 27 day hospitalization, even when it was instructed in the patient's discharge... so that was very unwelcoming. And she part of the hospital network!! Unbelievable... Coming from a field of caring professionals for individuals with developmental disabilities, I refuse to work with this care provider and plead to others that they avoid this clinic completely!

Terrible and Rude
This was my first appointment. Waiting to see her took awhile even though I was early to my appointment. Then she would not renew a prescription that I have been on for 10 years. Finally, she agreed to give me the prescription for 1 month to "evaluate." When I went to renew my prescription, the pharmacy told me they never received anything from her! When I called her office they told me that she CHANGED HER MIND. Luckily I was able to go to a legitimate doctor elsewhere who DID follow through and renewed it for me with the pharmacy before I ran out. SKETCHY. Then I get a bill from my insurance company that I was being charged even though the terrible visit is covered by my health plan. I am filing an appeal.

Every time I have ever spoken to Dr. Ahmed, I have had a horrible expierence. Whenever I try to explain my symptoms and concerns, she refuses to let me speak and talks right over me. Getting more than a sentence in with her before she decides to ignore and talk over you is an impossible feat. If that's not enough, she refuses to believe your symptoms! What kind of doctor does that? She also either doesn't want to prescribe you medicine that you need or she decides to prescribe you medicines you don't really need. I don't trust any of her desicions. Maybe she's a nice person outside of her job but she is a terrible doctor. Avoid whenever possible.

AVOID So-called Dr.NATASHA AHMED AT ALL COST! Don’t see her even if it’s your last option. I promise you, nothing good will come of this. I wish there was 0 stars available. I can’t believe this person is allowed to be a doctor. My first and last visit with her consisted of nonstop condescending attitude towards me and the staff. She reluctantly helped me and ended up Waisting valuable time. I should of just googled her name like your probably doing and tell you, save your self the memory of a failed medical system. She couldn’t even help me with such a simple issue, I can’t expect her doing much of anything else besides taking the money of all those people that walk in through those doors. AVOID AT ALL COST

At the beginning of March I had to see this doctor because she is my primary assigned by Silicon Valley Health Plan. I went to see her to get a referral to my asthma doctor, she refused to give it to me, she just wrote prescriptions for everything I told her without checking at all. Yesterday I needed something, she wanted me to come in to get a lab form, no way I was going in during COVID 19, she just wants to bill bill and bill the insurance. Don't let your health plan make you see this doctor she is horrible. I have reported her to the Ca med board.

I saw Natasha Ahmed in February 2020 for an annual check up. It was my 1st time seeing her. She saw me for a total of 6 minutes. During those 6 minutes, Ahmed was extremely condescending and spoke to me as if I were stupid. You can tell she gets off on it too, as she had a smirk on her face the whole time. No warmth, and ZERO empathy. I asked her to do a breast exam as my mother passed away from breast cancer and I typically get an exam once a year as a precaution. Ahmed refused to give me the breast exam stating, "We don't do that until you're in your 40's, and you only have one first-degree relative that's died from breast cancer". To top it off, I asked her to renew my Alprazolam prescription. I've been prescribed .25mg the past 6 years due to GAD. Each prescription has always contained 30 pills, and I use them as needed. The usual dose I was prescribed was written down on my intake paperwork. Ahmed wrote me a prescription for 60x 1mg pills. I did not ask for that high of a dose

This doctor is very rude and not compassionate at all. My mother is 80 years old with an reoccurring kidney infection. Doctor does not return phone calls when she has called on several attempts. Will not renew her prescription without having to see her and to do lab work AGAIN after she had lab work done 2 weeks prior. So until the lab work is done, she will not renew prescription until next visit, usually a week later. Therefore, my mom suffers from excruciating pain. I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL! SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO HAVE A BETTER BED SIDE MANNER DESPERATELY. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT INVOLVES AN ELDERLY PATIENT!!!

This doctor is rude, uncaring and arrogant. She downplays your symptoms, giggles and smirks as you explain your symptoms to her. She rushes you out of her office. It's as if she's made her diagnosis while ignoring your subjective complaints and tells you your symptoms don't match your history. I guess if she'd listened to the history at all she'd know they did. Do NOT waste your energy with this doctor. Find someone with a soul.
