Dr. Natalie Jones, MD

Everyone that I saw today, from the Receptionist, LPN, MA, and Dr. Jones was very courteous and extremely professional. I would highly recommend any of my family and friends to be seen in this office and practice. Thank you for making my time experiencing something new and a little bit scary very comfortable.

Per my mother's request, I was included on a conference call in January. During this call, we all agreed the best course of action was a lumpectomy with meds to follow. Surgery was scheduled for April. Dr. Jones had order a full body scan for March 2021 concerned if the cancer had spread. Online full body scan results revealed the cancer did not spread however there were other important health issues of which we were not aware PLUS she was scheduled for a radical mastectomy. An option that was never on the table. It would take away her independence. Mom was stressed so I called Dr. Jone's office to verify. Confirmed. I requested to speak to Dr. Jones who denied it but later stated the board thought it to be the best procedure since my mother already had a lumpectomy. Dr. Jones later stated since my mother hadn't taken the medication after her 1st lumpectomy 10 yrs ago, should be able to have it. By the next day, mom passed away. How much more (priceless) time could I have had with mom?

Was a shock when I went to James for a 2nd opinion after seeing Dr Jones. Sadly she made a wrong diagnosis and planned to have a lumpectomy made in the wrong breast as she didn’t spot the problems in the other one! I had LCIS and she wanted to do a surgery just for that BUT the reason The James had the lumpectomy on my OTHER breast was that ADH was found and Dr Jones didn’t see that:( Really scary! 1 only advice: run to the James and nowhere else if you want highly professional, competent and ca

She was my second opinion forbreast surgery.. She ran additional tests and found that I also had lung cancer that was not related to my breast cancer. She expedited additional work ups and called as soon as she had the results, most of the time it was the same day as the test. She was very helpful and understanding during my meltdown dealing with. multiple cancers and therefore surgeries.. I wish all my doctors were like her.

First woman doctor I have seen. She is so professional and easy to understand. She explains everything in detail and makes sure you are satisfied with the answers.

I had issues where she order a test that I was not aware of. Then I also never got the results of test until after I got a bill from the company.
