Excellent healthcare advocate
Dr. Bilan has been my PCP for quite some time. Up until now, I have really only needed to see her for my annual physical and for things like the flu. More recently, when experiencing some concerning issues, I was not only able to get in to see her quickly, she also ordered all necessary tests, meds and referrals in record time. She and the rest of the Excel Physicians staff have been attentive, informative and caring; I am grateful to have Dr. Bilan as my lead healthcare provider and advocate.

The most unprofessional office you could find!!
The most unprofessional office you could find!!I called Natalia Bilan to discuss my husbands health and she billed us 2 times on my account and on my husband's account!They send us a bill and completely failed to charge our insurance for the call!My husband went for the regular check up appointment and Dr. Bilan charged him 2 times for 1 appointment!They never return our calls even when we are sick and need help!What a horrible office and physician!Do not recommend them to anybody!

Dr Bilan has been my primary care doctor for about 16 years. She has always been attentive to my needs, ordered appropriate tests, and referred me to other doctors whenever needed. I just completed my second treatment to prevent skin cancer on face, arms, and chest. It is a 6 week treatment applied by me and is difficult to complete. She insisted I do so. I know it is beneficial. She has always been up to date on my status and cordial. She is Russian and has an accent, but I got used to it.

Dr. Bilan is direct, informative, patient, and very thorough. I went for a general checkup, mentioned my concerns, and she quickly obtained multiple referrals to address all of them. The referrals were also excellent and selected with my needs in mind. It has been a long time since I've had a primary care provider whom I trusted and made me feel as though my concerns were important. I was the last appointment of the day and was not rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Bilan and staff.
