the front desk receptionist at Dr Truongs office aren't the friendliest. The attitude and encounter I had was with a philippino woman was graying hair. she was beautiful but very unfriendly and in fact this was my first appt with Dr Truong I was surprised Dr Truong has that woman working for her when's she's so rude and unfriendly. She doesn't smile or anything it felt off right when I walked it

I would like for the people to know Dr. Truong and her medical assistant team. They have done nothing but make me feel very comfortable. They definitely, you know, help me feeling comfortable and know how to use discretion. I appreciate their professionalism and overall just way of how they approach healthcare. I do feel in my experience that it's something that is lacking in the healthcare field and it makes me happy to see people like them taking care of us.

Very poor follow up and inability to see my primary care doctor. Several unfilled promises to call back or order (urgent) pain meds for shingles. Confusion about what meds I should be taking after seeing 2 other doctors since primary not available. Very poor care. Very disappointed with UCI.

Love my Doctor she's friendly, knowledgeable and was able to quickly refer me for my ultrasound. Got my flu shot as well and the nurse was excellent. The only issue sometimes is parking the spaces are smaller and can be quickly filled up.

The staff I dealt with in Urology was excellent. However, the UCI doctor who ordered the CT (Dr Truong) misread the report. She told me I did not have kidney stones when the report says specifically that I do have kidney stones.

Dr. Laetitia Truong was really helpful with all my questions. Like I've never seen a doctor before that answered all my questions and I was comfortable asking her so many questions and I even apologize to her for asking questions, but and then I was like telling her thank you for answering my questions and it's my first time ever saying that to a doctor and she was just very very helpful and took her time answering all my questions.
