Doctor Roumaya is very gentle when performing exams, so is always comforting before coming to see her. The staff is very helpful and caring.

Has 3 (out of a possible 3) patients in my immediate family. That should say it all. Any decent mim would choose very carefully for her own children, let alone herself (myself)! Haven't even had the slightest inclination to look for another office, let alone another care giver.Staunch advocate here!

The office staff are always nice! I get seen quickly and efficiently, which is rare at a doctors office. Dr. Roumaya takes the time to ask questions, but more importantly listens to what I’m saying. I feel heard and validated.

She was unkind and rough. I am now in more pain than I was when I went in and I will be visiting a different doctor. I will not be back. I did not want to leave this review but I don’t want others to feel the way I feel right now.

Took time with me

With my doctor out of the country, I saw Dr. Roumaya for the first time at my 37 week prenatal visit just a few days before I went into labor. I liked her after that short visit and then when i went into labor I found out she was the doctor on call and would be delivering my daughter and knew I was in good hands. She made my first birthing experience such a positive one and I am so thankful for her. I will gladly see her going forward for regular visits as well as if I have another pregnancy.

Every appointment with Dr. Roumaya is exceptional! She answers any questions and is very gentle with her technique. Always a nervous patient, she always makes me feel more at ease. One of the best OB/GYN Doctors!!

Im on baby number 3 and Doctor Roumaya has been so amazing. All about the kids and her patients! I bring my other 2 children in at times and the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming whereas other offices don’t really allow kids to go in the back. Doctor Roumaya is the best ob I’ve ever had out of 3 children and seeing 3 different doctors I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Im so thankful for the staff at Ascension Providence of Novi especially Doctor Roumaya!

Dr. Roumaya reviewed my file prior to seeing me so she was familiar with my history. Did my exam and explained her observation clearly and suggested options for me. Asked if I had any questions or concerns before she left the room. This is my second visit and I plan to make her my permanent gyn.

Doctor and her nurse were nice. I was hoping for more information and suggestions on my condition. She seemed a bit rushed.

Yes, a pelvic exam need not be a traumatic painful experience. Dr. Roumaya and nurse Karen were awesome. I've always had horrible, painful exams. Thanks for not sending me to the psych ward!

The few times that I have seen Dr. Roumaya, I had the most pleasant and professional experience! The staff is very nice and welcoming. No long wait time, office was clean and neat and Dr. Roumaya is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything clearly, answer any questions and discuss any other issues if needed.

I had a small procedure in office. Dr. Roumaya explained everything prior to beginning as well as during the procedure. Her bedside manner was wonderful.

Dr. Roumaya was wonderful! She took the time to chat with me before the exam and during the exam she continued chatting with me, which made the visit way more comfortable. She was paitent and throughough. The office staff & nurses were equally as nice, very comfortable enviroment. I would recommened her to my family and friends.

Dr. Roumaya has been an amazing doctor to me for the past four years. She explains everything and answers all of my questions. She answers my emails and calls within 24 hours (usually sooner!) if I simply have a quick question or concern. She explains her reasoning for treatment recommendations in detail with facts and data. My three girls (17, 20, 21) are now patients and they love her just as much as I do.

Very unprofessional she doesn’t care about her patients . She refused to see me because I had a 20 months old son who was buckled in the stroller. I explained that I didn’t have another option. No family, no friends no neighbors and daycares didn’t accept the drop off for one day . If you want to be a doctor be a human first !!!!!!! I’m switching the whole office

My wife saw her for both of her pregnancies and deliveries. She took the time to explain everything to us and was so kind during the prenatal care and in the delivery room. We were completely at ease in her care. Our babies are healthy and my wife still sees her. We recommend her to everyone!

I recommend this provider to everyone. She is so sweet, smart, on time and realistic. She listens, explains, and offers options. I can’t say enough great things about this doctor.
