very positive approach
visited Dr. Kasim for my wife's knee pain problem with some swelling. My wife was very nervous that she may be told about a knee replacement or some other procedure. He studied the X-ray and report and started on a very positive note. He started with saying she doesn't need knee replacement or any surgical treatment or medicines. All she needed was some physiotherapy and a follow-up visit. Quick but not in a rush and answers all questions. Very confidence inspiring.

Talented Surgeon
Has 7 knee surgeries so I know my way around doctors! The staff could use a refresher course in office etiquette but the doctor is one of the best at his profession.

My experience with Dr. Kasim was great, but my experience with his staff was horrible. I went in for a knee MRI diagnosis, and when I finally got to see the doctor, he was kind and considerate. He listened to what I had to say, showed me my MRI, and explained everything properly. He prescribed me treatment and then sent me my way. I was satisfied. But everything before and after this was not great. His staff was rude and inconsiderate. When I went to the counter, they ignored me for a good 20 minutes, and when I asked to speak to the nurse, they kept ignoring me. When they finally turned their head to me, they snatched papers out of my hand, and kept me waiting for over 45 minutes, even as people who came after me were taken in and treated much nicely--I hate to think that it was because of the color of skin and my gender :/ When my mother asked to see the person in charge, one of the nurses called her "loud" and told her to "sit down now". Unacceptable behavior for the staff, idk

Dr. Kasim has performed three surgeries on me and I have been very satisfied with the results. His staff, from Rose at the window to his exceptional office manager Toni, are the best of any doctor that I go to. Dr. Kasim is a excellent doctor and a wonderful person. Other doctors should model their offices like Dr. Kasim's very well run and staffed office.

I been a patient of Dr Kasim for over 15 yrs. had both knees replaced and having now rotor cuff surgery in two days. I walk like I’m 20 again. Dr Kasim is extremely professional, understanding and caring. It surely shows in his office staff too. Toni in his office is efficient, friendly and always go out of her way to help you. She is the go to lady Rose in the office seems to be on top of you needs too. They will fight for you with the insurance company and make think right. With Dr Kasim and his staff you feel you are in the best hands possible and I can tell you for sure there is nobody like them. I highly recommend seeing this for yourself thanks for putting back together again Shelly Ps my mom is 90 and she agrees 100%

Had knee replacement surgery mid December and 9 weeks out I am doing well. Dr. Kasim is patient oriented and answers all questions. Having a doctor who is truly interested in patient recovery helps to assure the expected outcome.

Not accommodating, I was scheduled for knee replacement surgery in January and at the last minute literally the surgery was cancelled due to a cardiologist clearing. My case was poorly handled and there was plenty of time Dr. Kasim staff could have reviewed my paperwork before hand to avoid this. When I tried to reschedule they wanted me to wait another 4 months after I waited 3 months for the original surgery. As my unemployment benefits are ending soon, this is not a good option.

Never got an appointment. The front desk is horrible. They put you on hold for more than 15 minutes. When you call back they put you on hold again. The fourth time I called, they said they would call me back and took my contact details. I never received a response.

I had Dr Kasim for rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder in March. Now one month out, minimal pain doing certain things, have relatively good movement for 4 weeks. Will continue with more physical therapy to get full rotation and strength but very happy with the outcome. His office staff was so helpful with the pre-surgical testing. setting up the surgery, and appointments are basically on time. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends.
