For two years I have been suffered from esophagitis and his attempts t treat my issue were minimal.

I have been seeing going to Dr. Memon for at least 6 years with 2 colonoscopy and endoscopies. His staff is awful and really made me officially go find a new gastrologist today. No one returns calls, no one can be trusted to follow-thru with things and depending on which day of the week it is depends if you can easily get a prescription refilled. I now have blood in my urine and stool and am being told the PA can resolve...seriously? I'm done and judging by the looks of some of the recent reviews I'm not the only one.

Dr Memon performed an ERCP the day following laparoscopic removal of my gall bladder the day before in order to retrieve gallstones left by surgeon. This procedure was done so badly that what would have been a 3 day hospitalization at the most became a 38 day horror. I was in three different hospitals. I was in bed almost the entire time with antibiotics 24/7. I did not eat any food by mouth for more than 3 weeks. It wasn't a foregone conclusion that I would survive this hospitalization.

Terrible! have left several messages over the last 3 months.

Haven’t been able to get someone to answer his phone to make an appointment. Leaving a message doesn’t help, having my primary Dr send a referral months ago doesn’t get a response, finally getting a person to answer and then transferring to scheduling where I get a voicemail stating they will return my call….3 days later and still no call. What a horrible way to run an office! This is an excellent way to destroy your business. I don’t even want to see this Dr now, I don’t care how good he is, he obviously doesn’t care enough about people to let such an uncaring, inept staff run his office! I will find a Dr who cares about his patients enough to demand that his staff treats them with respect and kindness! If I could rate with zero or below stars I would. Family member has been there when phones are ringing and staff are texting on their phones ignoring incoming calls.

I am an anxious patient due to being ill for 4 months. Dr Memon is the only doctor who really wanted to know the details of how all this started. That fact alone made me realize I can trust him. His staff is extremely kind, patient, and understanding. I am putting all my faith into him helping me get better. I read other reviews for him about long wait times. I did not have to wait very long at all. My upper GI and colonoscopy are scheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully Dr Memon’s experience will guide him to find the missing answers to my medical puzzle.

I was promised over a week ago that a referral to Texas Oncology in Mansfield would be faxed to them by Dr Menon’s office. I have a large colon polyp tested positive for cancer and am very anxious to see an oncologist. There office has not sent the referral.

Very kind and competent. I would see Dr. Memon again.

Dr. Memon is to me a very special person, his concern for his patients and his willingness to listen to your troubles and concerns and to explain and answer questions. As for me I appreciate having him for my doctor because since I have been going to him I have been diagnosed and am being treated for the trouble with my stomach.

He is a straight to the point kind of doctor. Erin his front desk staff is amazing and very sweet who deserves a raise!! The only problem was the wait-time. I waited exactly 1 hour and 4 minutes to get into a room and then the additional wait time to see the doctor. Very small office and the waiting room is much smaller then I've ever seen before had to stand almost the full hour.

He was very professional saw him 2-22-16 and will need to see him again very soon I'm afraid lots of bloating going on.hope he gets my cat scan at Mansfield methodist 3-25-17 no feeling good lately Mr Alejandro Hernandez.
