STOP AND RETREAT!
At first I tried to contact the office through the website (3x). No response. I then called the office and left a message to schedule an appointment. No response. Finally my primary care doctor called and I was able to schedule an appointment. The Friday before my Monday appointment they called me with a different time than what was actually scheduled. They must thing I'm stupid but I'm not. On the day of my appointment they cancelled at the last minute. Said the doctor was sick when I know he was just getting back from vacation. Things happen for a reason. I'll never go to this office. Too unorganized for my liking.

Dr. Oliver has been my families doctor for a number of years. He's quiet but very knowledgeable and very much on "top of his game". I have total trust in all he does. He treats us as if we are his only paitients! Kudos to a great doctor like this!

Dr. Oliver delivered the news to me that I had colon cancer and the man has zero bedside manner. His delivery of the news was just so nonchalant and he said "it's in the best location it can be. We can probably remove the tumor and you'll be all clear." He never should have given me that false hope. I ended up with Stage IIIC colon cancer, laparoscopic surgery to remove 1/3 of my colon followed by 6 grueling months of 3 days of chemo. And mine was caught early! Never again.

Staff had zero clue how my connector plan worked and was still told they didn't take my insurance. Confirmed the details with my insurance provider and was told the office isn't following the correct guidelines. Staff was rude, unfriendly and could care less. The kicker? His nurse transferred me to another Dr. who told me it would take 3 mos to see a NP and then 6 mos to see the MD and then a referral to Dr. Oliver. Newsflash, my plan doesn't require referrals. Then she said "Find another Dr."
