Horrible experience
Stay away at all costs. Appointment rushed and none of my needs were addressed. The information on the medical notes included subjective statements unrelated to the medical conditions or treatment. I left this appointment feeling very frustrated and misunderstood.

Horrible experience
I’m not gonna get into the whole story about the situation, but I would say that she is very unprofessional and tries to protect her reputation in my opinion from the mistake she made

Great doctor, terrible communication.
I have seen Dr. Van Noord for my epilepsy. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. My problem with this office is they do not respond to your messages and it is extremely hard to get ahold of them. Sometimes wait times of 1 hour plus. If you need someone who can get back to you quickly I would recommend finding someone else.
