A Legal Professional's Perspective on Dr. Thompson
As an attorney with 35 years of experience evaluating professional expertise, I find the negative reviews of Dr. Thompson's demeanor completely misaligned with reality. During my recent consultation, I witnessed firsthand her exceptional combination of clinical acumen and interpersonal warmth. Dr. Thompson demonstrated razor-sharp diagnostic skills while maintaining an engaging, personable presence – even sharing delightful conversation about our mutual appreciation for good food and family life. Her ability to swiftly evaluate and dismiss incorrect hypotheses isn't condescension; it's clinical precision. Where others might see brusqueness, I recognize the hallmark of a highly competent specialist who respects patients enough to deliver unvarnished medical truth. Her approach mirrors that of top professionals in any field: direct, efficient, and expertly focused. As someone experienced in professional interactions, I can state: this isn't arrogance – it's excellence in action.

Inconsistent at best
She was really nice when I needed a colonoscopy. My last visit she was defensive and insisted what I was referred for was something my GP could help me with. She didn't help me and still charged my insurance. I guess she can bill for being a bad listener and condescending?

Never, hostile and rude
Ryde, condescending, ourcson has severe diarrhea and she had him on new RX and we wanted to talk to her about what was going. She took offense to us and was. Very unfriendly. Didnt care for our attitude she said. She was confrontational, instead of working with us she kept asking us what we wanted her to do. Last I checked she was the doctor. No compassion, no sympathy, no understanding, no nothing. Very disturbing. Staff at frontvdesk..Patty..also rude about my request for my sons paperwork. She kicked us put. Told us she felt threatened and left the room with our autistic sons condition unresolved. Kaiser referred us to this place and we will tell them what happened as they need to know.
