I met Dr. Michelle Holm at Evergreen's Emergency Room in Redmond. Dr. Holm was sensitive, sympathetic, non-judgmental, kind, knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. She never treated me any different because I had state insurance. Dr. Holm cared a lot and it showed in her demeanor and treatment of me. Of course, I imagined the worst. I was fearful that my regular drinking during a really stressful time in my life of massive loss had caused a major problem with my liver or kidneys. Dr. Holm was so very sympathetic. Instead of lecturing me, she directed her kindness, medical talents, experience and training toward diagnosing my pain. After speaking to me about my symptoms and concerns, Dr. Holm ordered comprehensive bloodwork, CT scan and an extremely thorough ultrasound of my liver. When I walked out, I was so relieved that I had the good fortune to be treated by Dr. Michele Holm. Dr. Holm is truly a medical angel!
