I saw Dr. Joffe at Concerna Care clinic on Feb. 28, and he's the most honest and truthful doctor that I have seen. He put me through a thorough examination and, more importantly, seemed like he cared that I recover from my upper respiratory problems. I have never seen another doctor like him. He talked to me like I was a friend or brother rather than a patient. I was very impressed by him and felt that I should commend him for doing a great job and putting my mind at ease.

Very rude. Didn't know how to work his computer. Offended me multiple times under the guise of trying to make rapport w patient. Talked down to me and to his staff. This guy should move back to NY.
