Recently, I had A major surgery requiring extensive medical attention from both my primary as well as specialist to assist me and my recovery. The office personnel has informed they will send over referrals for specialist and for additional medical supplies however, it has been over a month since I was released from the hospital and trying to get the medical staff to do anything or to fax any referrals over it’s like a act of Congress. I would not recommend this doctors office or his. As a primary or especially Office.

I needed packet filled out in order to return to work i paid $125 to get it expedited & it wasnt filled out correctly. I let the office know pages 1,3 & 5 were filled out and in order for me to go back to work pages 2 & 4 needed to be filled out. i called every day for 2 weeks they kept saying call back the doctor hasnt had a chance to fill it out. Keep in mind i paid $125 for it to be EXPEDITED 9/22/23 it is 11/2/23 & my job let me know if it isnt filled out by this friday i dont have a job. So im calling explaining that to them and stephanie is careless & rude about the entire situation. The original packet was emailed to me so she let me know it was ready i asked her to email she said no we dont email. Even tho they emailed the original incorrectly filled out packet. She goes 'Look, we dont email & we close at 4 and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! If you dont likenyour job stephanie QUIT! After reading these reviews I dont even take it personal anymore its obvious you arebin the wrong prof

Dr Victoria is the most compassionate the most loving doctor I've ever had he is also very confident the smart I have been with him for over 5 years now and dealing with him has been the best choice I've ever made glad I met him definitely one of a kind

When I start going there some people where a tad pit dramatic on the reviews, the nurses is amazing the the front desk staff is amazing so is the dr I would definitely recommend.

Stephanie Ochoa is a terrible "manager." Shes the one with the scarred burned face from failed laser treatments.. If her sister wasn't Victoria's wife there's NO WAY her four month medical billing education would get her a job like this. The family staff is a joke. Dont waste your time here. Very rude and incompetent. They don't keep track of medical records and never call in referrals. Heed the advice and find a professional office.

The nurse thinks that she owns the place,very rude.

Dr Victoria made an appointment with me and DID NOT show up. Wanted me to see nurse practitioner and I refused.

Dr tried to prescribe a drug I told them I couldn’t have. Will be calling medical board to report.

Front desk reception is so RUDE & unprofessional. Left because I do not want to be seen by a doctor that allows their staff to act the way they do.

Absolutely love this office! I will never go see another doctor in Vegas but this office. The staff are all extremely helpful never had a issue getting meds, scheduling, or in the office. They actually care about your wellbeing in this office. The doctor actually takes his time to listen to what your concerns are & treats them properly!! Outstanding job to all the staff at this wonderful doctor's office. Thank you so much I will definitely come back!

I used to recommend people to this office but recently the office has taken a different direction it seems. Dr Victoria didn’t even spend 2 minutes with me during me last doctor visit and rushed me out of the room. When I called to make said appointment they couldn’t even tell me they moved the office. I came to redo my fmla and was told it would take 14 business days. Maybe you should have mentioned that when I called to make the appointment. Also I had to pay $50 to expedite the fmla then to call a week later and they don’t even know the reason for the fmla or what the dates are?? You would think they would ask that when they are taking your money but they don’t. Then I called back a week later to check on it and was on hold for 10 minutes so she can look for it??? Are you kidding me? This will be my last visit to this place and I would advise others to rethink going to this office.

This is the worst office there is. 3 months I have called everyday to get them to get an approval from my insurance. They never did! If you need a prescription you have to go between 3-4 and everyone else is there too! Plan on an hour at least!

Dr. Victoria & Dr. Achin are both very thorough they take their time explaining diagnosis and proper treatment . First doc in town to actually find out what is wrong with me. Ver friendly staff .

Doc Victoria & his staff have done an amazing job getting all my meds on time. Would highly recommend to friend and family .

Doesn’t care about patients. Doesn’t do what he says he will do or what he says has done. Has neglected to get prior authorization on life and deaf medicines.

THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

Dr. Victoria is a very kind and caring doctor. When I had my appointment, the staff was friendly and I was greeted right away. The wait was not long at all. When I call to get a prescription filled, Michelle took care of it right away, and I had my prescription filled in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Dr. Victoria to any one needing medical attention!

Doctor was very detailed spent his time. Staff was very welcoming.
