Inconsiderate
My kid is sick. I pay for childcare so I can make my appointment. Travel an hour into Manhattan. Get there 10 minutes late. Dr. Yee refuses to see me. Seriously. The best we can do is get you in 3 months from now. Seriously. Please give me back my 2 hours, my transportation costs, and my childcare costs. Also his bedside manner is terrible.

Hard to contact, generally unhelpful
While during the visit he answered all questions and was very courteous, he is then near impossible to contact once the visit is over. He took nearly a month to interpret my lab results and was unresponsive despite more than a couple messages on the NYU Langone patient portal. On a separate occasion, it again took several attempts to get his attention. Maybe it's just me, but I feel that a Primary Care Physician should be more dependable and responsive, as he is the main point of contact for one's health.

Really not sure how he got through medical school. You’d get better care at a veterinarian. Run, before you get hurt.
