Horrible. Arrogant, rude, totally unprofessional. Did not address my issue. Prescribed a $250 script for ear irritation. Did not wear a clean lab coat. Office appeared antiquated. Went to another ENT at Johns Hopkins who ordered a head cat scan. Results..... a 21?day antibiotic which cleared up the issue. STAY AWAY.

I was just seen by Dr. Weiss after being hospitalized for what the ER Doctor felt was Vertigo due to an inner ear infection. Dr. Weiss was extremely dismissive, told me he wasn't going to be chasing something that isn't there, and that there was nothing wrong with me. When I asked about the ear pain I have been experiencing for a solid year he said "Your neck hurts too- maybe it's how you were sleeping.". He then thrust papers at me for reception and left the room.

Office staff make sure your insurance is accepted prior to treatment, are very caring and friendly. Dr. Weiss was genuine and kind and took the time to show me my CAT scans to explain the diagnosis so that I too had a firm understanding of my condition.
