Amazing
I have not had much luck with AMC and prefer UVA all of the time. I was skeptical when my daughter was referred by her pediatrician, who is with UVA. I trust his opinion very much though and made the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Plautz was outstanding and the staff were very patient and kind! Dr Plautz gave another perspective to AMC and I couldn't be happier! There wasn't a long wait time, and staff was exceptional. Dr. Plautz really gave a new perspective to AMC! He was personable and professional! He deserves recognition!

My wife ride did not come and we do drive and she was up ready go and she could not talk .and she have not talk like 2months and the lady that get on the phone my wife try talk her and just mind so I try talk to her get mind us so that not right my wife we go back Vuc. Should be like that thank you be blessed

Dr. Plautz saw my 5 yr old for tonsil and adenoid removal. He did a fantastic job and she really liked him. I even had a scare after she came home and the on call doctor (I believe Dr. William Davidson was his name) phoned me back quickly and reassured me that everything she was experiencing was normal. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need an ENT.
