I’ve seen him since 2019. Great guy and great physician. Excellent demeanor and positive attitude. I had Surgery on my hand and finger.

2-24-2020- I had Carpal Tunnel Surgery with Dr Paczus a year ago and had zero regrets. Saw him today for what turned out to be trigger finger and he diagnosed and treated me promptly. Trigger finger issue and the pain is gone the next day!!!! Highly recommend this Dr. I suffered unnecessarily- he’s my go to hand problem guy.

I really like Dr. Paczas, but his front office staff specifically Jackie at Oak street was terrible. She made a scheduling error (it happens) but blamed me and refused to honor my appointment time. She was nasty, belittling, and totally unprofessional. I will not be treated that way. I'm sorry to leave such a good doctor, but there's no way I will support a practice with such poor customer service

Needed a follow-up for a surgery that I had in Denver. I got right in and Dr Paczas did a quick and thorough review. He answered all my questions. Great caring demeanor and very knowledgeable. Great office and nursing staff. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr Paczas twice due to two broken bones and also developing Dupuytrens disease in the same palm of where I broke my wrist. He was pleasant my first meeting, but my second meeting I left crying due to telling him I couldn’t type at my job and I hurt too bad. I’m not a person who is seaking disability after 39 years, but he definitely wasn’t there to help me be off longer to get better or try any surgery. I made my call to retire, but for my own health I’m seeing another hand surgeon.

He was the third doctor I saw for the same condition but he clearly knew what he was talking about which the others didn't. He is very easy to talk to and the office staff was great. I would recomment him and the Montogery office.

I saw Dr. Paczas after rupturing a tendon in my finger. Easy to get the appointment, personable. The diagnosis was obvious. BUT...I was then turned over to a trainee who completely botched the treatment. She prepared splints for my finger that were mis-sized cut from the wrong material. When I returned for my next follow-up, the nurse was shocked at the error, and Dr. Paczas acknowledged the mistake. My finger did not heal properly and is now (apparently) permanently disfigured.

Easy to get an appointment, was seen quickly at every appointment, great results from his treatment, takes his time to discuss the condition/ treatment, answers every question. Friendly, didn't feel rushed through the appointment like he had somewhere else he'd rather be.

Dr. Paczas was very caring and gentle with my mother as her arthritis was extremely painful. All staff, including the nurse explained everything in detail and answered our questions. We would definitely recommend him to others for similar medical issues.
