Dr. Jennifer Bernard, MD

I've been under the care of Dr Bernard for years now. She is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Love all the people in this office. They are genuinely polite and listen. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I feel very lucky to have met this young, warm and dedicated doctor. She takes all the time you need, she listens carefully, takes notes, calls you in person to follow up. I feel very confident she will do anything in her power to help her patients. Having been a doctor myself, in another country, I see that she has "that" special gift.

Dr. Bernard was so professional, yet so approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone with an endocrinological issue.

Dr Bernard will listen to your opinions and work with you. Her staff is lovely in person and via phone.

Dr. Bernard is very professional and understanding. Attentive and listens carefully. She takes notes, refers to past notes and tests to make a decision on course of care. She is very thorough. She is provides an explanation of what the health issue is that is easy to understand the technical side of the diagnosis. She helps the patient to understand the follow up care, what needs to be done to get better and healthier. Always on time. She follows up with phone calls when treating and finding a solution to a solve the serious problem with my health. I highly recommend Dr. Bernard to anyone needing health care in her area of expertise.

I waited over 3 months for an appointment that lasted over 45 minutes... Ending with an extremely poor explanation and a closed door. Probably too young to diagnose something outside of the obvious.

I wouldn't recommend this dr. Because is so unprofessional that you're struggling with a health problem and they tell you that you can't make an appointment with them if you are not recommended by any other medical institution, so disappointed By the way if i could i should give you a -2stars

Dr Bernard was so caring and helpful. I had had a bad experience working with a previous endocrinologist, and she was sorry for that, helped me get the information I needed, and worked with me when my medication was difficult to balance. She personally took my call/called me more than once while I was working through that experience.

Seeing Dr. Bernard for 2 years. All good - appointments, prescription support, the normal all good. Two items stand out: 1) last appointment they made a special effort to review meds & their cost to me - made suggestions on how to save money. As a diabetic this was great. Recently, had very unique experience and went low and was struggling to raise blood sugar. Wife called & expected to get nurse on call - Dr. Bernard answered and stayed on for 25 mins (at midnight) - above and beyond! Great
