I saw him some years ago due to unexplained chronic kidney pain. He ignored everything I told him. He twisted everything I said and used that to convince himself I was suffering from muscle pain in my back, and dug his knuckles into my spine to "prove it". That hurt for days, but wasn't relevant. He backed out on the procedure he said he'd do because he suddenly decided it wouldn't work the moment I got there, even after having already performed it once before (didnt work). He and his coworkers told me that my pain was in my head, and that I actually had pain caused by anxiety even though I told him my PAIN caused my anxiety. I never got a diagnosis. My pain was never treated. I was actively ignored as they made up some random bs excuse for it and told me psych therapy would fix me. The gaslighting I endured still affects me today. I dropped out of school, can't work, am suicidal daily from excruciating pain, and am now showing signs of PTSD. I pray to god you lose your job.

I saw Dr.Leeman at the pediatric pain clinic. In the beginning he had lots of treatment options but after only one he dismissed me as too complicated. He took 3 weeks to call me back, and then left me hanging for 6 months waiting for the adult pain clinic. The first thing the adult clinic did was simple and something he should have done months ago. He left me in pain and without answers for too long. The pedi pain nurse who worked for him was great though.

We saw Dr. Leeman at the pediatric pain clinic and had a great experience. Together with his team he gave us a diagnosis, plan, and reassurance that an end to my son's pain was in sight. He was relatable to my teenager, and open to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot). Worth the wait to finally have some answers. We left his office smiling.
