Dr. Bennett Kramer, MD

After years of chronic immobility and pain I was referred to Dr. Kramer. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and detail oriented in a way that wasn't overwhelming. His staff was lovely, going above and beyond. We agreed to proceed with a procedure which has alleviated the pain in my back. He has changed my life for the better. He wasn't pushy and recommendation several solutions prior to going for back surgery. He explained in depth how and what the procedure was about. Thankfully, with his recommendation and skill, I feel so much better. I am able to work out, travel and sleep through the night with no pain. If you are looking for someone who cares and goes above and beyond, Dr. Kramer is a great fit.

I always have a great Experience every time I go see Dr. Bennett Kramer. He is Phenomenal. His staff is also Phenomenal. Dr. Kramer has changed my life in a big way. I have always had lower back pain basically almost my whole life and for the first time in years I am almost completely pain free. As soon as Dr. Kramer introduced himself, I felt connected and comfortable. I hv had yrs of back, hip pain from my profession as a hairstylist. Ending up with back fusion, and double hip replacement, I got to meet Dr. Kramer to help my spine deal with my tired spine. He had a great conversation with me. Read my history, had knowledge of my history as we were speaking. He totally worked with me, listened and moved forward , I had great result with everything. As a Stroke victum, you expect certain things to happen to your body as you grow older. I have been seeing Doctors at New England Neurological since 1997. With any DR. you come to know and trust pretty quickly. Dr. Kimball was found to be very informed of my past at our first meeting. My wife and I sensed he may have spoken with one or two of my other Drs., so he would be up to date with my status. After our meeting we decided to try a different approach to my back problem. I followed up a month later, and I've been pain free since. I'm able to stand, walk, work in the yard, things I would suffer with before. My previous Injections would last 4 months tops. we are now hoping for results, 12 months.. I belive Dr. Kimballs knowledge of my past medical history played a major part in the direction he took in my treatment. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kimball and his staff, they are professional in every aspect of your care. Please do not hesitate to visit Dr. Kimball /Pain Management.

I was randomly assigned Dr. Kramer last minute when the doctor I was supposed to see for the first time was not available the date of my appt and two previous physicians I had seen at N.E. Neurology were no longer at the practice. I feel very fortunate that I ended up with Dr. Kramer! He actually reviewed my chart before coming in the patient room, knew my previous issues, listened and we talked about a course of pain management for a hip joint that has been excruciatingly painful the past few years. The injection worked phenomenally well, I will never wait five years again (thanks to the pandemic) and my follow up with Dr. Kramer a few weeks later was professional, timely, and enjoyable. I will continue to see him as needed for this issue.

I have been treated by Dr. Kramer for several months. Before starting treatment, I had great difficulty sitting at the dinner table even for a short period of time. I also found it difficult to drive for long periods, having to stop frequently. Since the treatments with Dr. Kramer, I am now capable of eating dinner at the table, and driving for longer periods. My pain level has been greatly reduced. It is due to the professionalism and knowledge of Dr. Kramer that these actions are now possible. Your facility should consider itself fortunate to have Dr. Kramer on their staff. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who may need his services. I hurt my back in august and had a L5-S1 bulging disk and sacroiliac joint sprain. I had a radio frequency ablation in November and found immediate relief and pain free for months. Dr Kramer is not like other doctors. He’s caring and listen to his patients and gets the job done even when the pain is so bad. Dr.Kramer and his staff at Northeast rehab in salem are professional and phenomenal in every way. I am back to work and pain-free and finally feeling like I have my quality life back. I highly recommend Dr. Kramer and his staff to anyone with who needs exceptional pain management.

I went to Dr. Kramer in December of 2021 for severe chronic pain in my lower right side back caused by arthritis. Dr. Kramer performed a procedure called an Ablation. He was very thorough and caring throughout the whole procedure. I haven’t had that pain since and it will be three months in a week. I would recommend Dr. Kramer to anyone with pain issues.

5 stars being the best ! I made my appt. to see Dr. Kramer for pain management at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital. I had suffered on during( covid 19 lockdown ). Doctor Kramer gave me a thorough exam, listened to my concerns gave me his input and set up for my 1st procedure, Nervous of course and he and his staff nurses and everyone in the treatment room, were so kind, I was soon after pain free. I followed his direction to rest for a couple days no driving and to call him if any issues or concerns arouse. I really have to say my quality of life is back. I highly recommend Dr.Kramer he takes his time to get to know you as a patient, and to understand your problems. The procedure was explained throughly, the follow up timely. He explained how certain exercises would benefit me greatly plus the one’s that would not. In this crazy life we live it was a pleasure to see that Dr.Kramer took the time to explain my issues the correct plan to deal with the pain and preventive measures I can take to work with him as a team. Outstanding. (don't tell him I said so...LOL) Older with pretty severe pain radiating to hamstring. Two years ago I went to a local hospital twice without seeing a doctor. Prior to treatment I was told to be off all pain medications for 1 week. Are you crazy! I'm in pain! And they scared me with treatment. Dr. Kramer: Initial visit was WITH Dr. Kramer and lasted a lengthy time where I was assured of and explained in detail the treatment to be done. All questions were answered no matter how simple or complex. He was very pleasant and professional. A treatment was scheduled and on the day my anxiety was relieved and the procedure was performed in a timely manner. I went home with detailed instructions and felt no discomfort. Four days later I had questions and called for answers. The person I talked to spent the necessary time to provide answers. This place deserves the highest regard for patient care. Lest I leave out the staff, they were as top notch as Dr. Kramer. Thank you all.

Dr. Kramer was extremely professional and thorough in his diagnosis of my back pain issues. He explained all aspects of his investigation into my back problems carefully and in easy to understand language. He took all the time that was necessary to explain the procedure to me and never rushed me in any way. I am very grateful that I met this doctor. My back pain is 85% eliminated and my quality of life is greatly improved.
