Dr. Michael Klepper, MD

He found my husband's cancer at the earliest stages just because his physicals are so thorough. The oncologists were so surprised this was caught when it did because the test he did is usually not done in someone young like my husband. He may have saved us a lot of pain in the future and for that, I'll be forever grateful.

The medical assistant was hateful and rude. I won’t be back because of her. Dr Klepper didn’t care to hear my complaints, either. Not a very patient-focused team. I’ll find better and more friendly care elsewhere. I’ve had to wait past my appointment time every single time I’ve been seen here, although the sign always says the dr is “on time.” Liars.

Today was my first visit, I felt both he and his nurse were truely interested in my well being. Both very professional yet kind. I appreciate the kindness.

I started taking my mother to Dr. Klepper after she moved from Kansas. In the first visit I should have known he didn't really want to see my mother when he started informing me that he didn't want to resume any kind of care for her colostomy. He tried to refer her out to a surgeon but they didn't want to see her either. The second visit he had the audacity to tell me that I may have to drive her to Joplin Missouri to get her colostomy cared for. I am still trying to wrap my head around that

Seen promptly. Review medical history. He made recommendations for ongoing health care. Very thoughtful, I felt he was listening and processing my health.

Great communicator, put me at ease with my condition. His office staff is friendly and got me in on time.

Dr. Klepper is one of the best doctors I have had. He is very attentive to my concerns and needs and is never distracted, always focusing on me as if I am the only patient there. He shows genuine concern for his patients, and when they have a need/concern, he addresses each without ridicule. I am glad I found him!

Had an appointment scheduled for 7:30, they have moved their office and had not notified me. They do not answer their phone until 8:00, so I couldn't call to get their location. When I finally did find them at about 7:50, they informed me they cancel after 15 minutes. Dr. Klepper seems to be a pretty good doctor, but this is the second move since I've been seeing him. I'll find another doc that maybe keeps his patients informed when/if they move.
