Sarcastic and Unprofessional
My 9 month old daughter’s pcp was not in the office and they assigned us Dr. Kelly. He was sarcastic and I felt that my concerns were pushed aside. I believed she may have an ear infection along with a respiratory infection and when I asked him how her ears looked, he said, “like ears”. He didn’t spend time to address my concerns about her croup like cough and just wrote her a prescription for her ear infection. No bedside manner at all and I will not be going to him again.

DR. KELLY WAS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT MY HIV+ EXPOSURE - I knew I had been exposed to HIV the prior evening and called Dr. Kelly, as my PCP, for help, support and treatment. Instead of referring me to a hospital ER for PREP, he told me there was nothing he could do and told me to make an appointment with him in 6 months. He should have had his license revoked and drummed out of medicine in the country,

Wouldn't recommend him. Horrible. Like the other person said gruff. Sarcastic Then he said to me I don't understand you. So I said to him I don't understand you either. I changed doctors immediately. Certainly not a plus for Southcoast

I feel Dr. Kelly is always prepared for my visits, remembering key details from past visits without scrambling for information in my chart in front of me. Never a long wait and never feel rushed. I have recommended him to more then one person.
