Lately it has been terrible with my RX refills , waiting 3 to 4 days to be refilled , I realize the COVID-19 going on but I need my refills within a certain time . I need your help . I have a appointment Wednesday Sept. 23 and had to do blood work and I called the Charlton Hospital to find out if there were doing blood work testing yet and she said no that I would have to go to Truesdale Clinic on Saturday , there hours were from 7:30 to 1:30 on Saturday and I have been going to the Hospital for my blood work but since they are not doing any blood work at the hospital and when I got there at the Clinic the lady asked me if I had a appointment , why didn’t they tell me in the first place that I needed a appointment, that they have been a change in policy’s

Dr. Theroux is absolutely the best. Kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. The only issue I have is that someday he will retire ?? I can’t say enough about him and am truly greatful I have been in his care for the past 27 years.

Best doctor ever, he has treated my parents and grandparents. Very respectful and friendly he was amazing with me as a kid when i went in with my parents. He also provided my grandparents with the upmost care when they were in the hospital. Almost always visits his patients in the hospital.

Dr. Theroux (Dr. T) has been my family physician for over 30 years - he has always been a very caring, and compassionate Doctor. I trust his professionalism concerning our health and overall well being, when referred to other medical personnel, he is clearly looked up to by his peers.

Dr. Theroux is awesome, Everything a good Dr. should be! One side effect of being so good is he is hard to get an appointment with on short notice.

Dr. Theroux are my family doctor for over 30 years. He's the best doctor ever. I have no words to describe Dr. Theroux, for his kindness, his attention, and always with a good spirit. Too bad that I had to move to another state (FL) and had to let Dr. Theroux go, but he will always be missed by me and my family.
